"Fotini" is a small building with only 4 apartments. Very nicely decorated house, almost renovated. Everything inside is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything that is expected from this type of facility. The bathroom is large and tidy enough for this type of facility. The center of the village is close, about 150m. At 15 meters from the house there is a large unarranged parking lot which is not paid and you can park there. I have a few objections. It is about 250-300 meters away from the beach, but from the city beach, which is more miserable, untidy and dirty in Stavros, to the nearest beautiful beach you need to go about 1.5 km to Platani Park. Another complaint is the terraces of the two inner apartments, which are solid in size but overlooking other people's yards, you don't have the feeling that you are at sea while drinking coffee on the terrace in the morning. The terraces of the front apartments face the street, so the view is not perfect here either, but it is better than the back. In general, it is not a bad choice for couples without small children due to the distance, but it is neat and nicely sculpted.
