D	Dubravka Ruzic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vila Iro se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciju u Neos Marmarasu, u blizini fudbalskog igralista i u neposrednoj blizini gradske plaze. Nema parking, a kola mozete ostaviti pored fudbalskog igralista, ili uz setaliste duz plaze. Kuca je uvucena izmedju 3 okolne kuce, tako da samo apartman koji se nalazi na 3. spratu ima pogled na more i okolinu. Svi ostali apartmani imaju pogled na zid susedne kuce...to deluje malo klaustrofobicno. Samim tim je i protok vazduha losiji...i apartmani su topliji. Četvorokrevetni apartman na 1. spratu ima 2 klima uredjaja i 2 terase. Apartmani su standardno opremljeni(bivala sam u daleko bolje opremljenim). Mali frižider, rerna koja sluzi da skuplja prasinu-obzirom da ne radi, i nedovoljno posudja su moja osnovna i velika zamerka ovom smestaju! U četvorokrevetnom apartmanu smo zatekli: 1 čašu, 2 šolje, ni jednu šoljicu za kafu, 3 viljuške, 3 kašike, 2 plitka tanjira...jedino je noževa bilo 4! Higijena apartmana, posebno kupatila, nije bila na zavidnom nivou kada smo ušli. To sam prvi put doživela od kada letujem u Grčkoj! Sve u svemu-kuća je dobro "našminkana" spolja...ostalo...mislim da sam dovoljno iskomentarisala! U ovaj smeštaj se ne bih ponovo vratila. Ova treća ☆ je zbog lokacije ! Villa Iro is in a great location in Neos Marmaras, close to a football field and close to the city beach. There is no parking, and you can leave the car next to the football field, or along the promenade along the beach. The house is tucked between 3 surrounding houses, so only the apartment on the 3rd floor has a view of the sea and the surrounding area. All other apartments have views of the wall of the house next door ... it seems a little claustrophobic. Therefore, the air flow is worse ... and the apartments are warmer. The four-bed apartment on the first floor has 2 air-conditioners and 2 terraces. The apartments are standard equipped (I was in far better equipped). A small fridge, an oven that collects dust - since it doesn't work, and not enough dishes are my main and big objection to this place! In the four-bed apartment we found: 1 glass, 2 mugs, not a single cup of coffee, 3 forks, 3 spoons, 2 shallow plates ... only 4 knives existed! The hygiene of the apartment, especially the bathroom, was not at an enviable level when we entered. It's my first time since flying in Greece! All in all - the house is well "make-up" on the outside ... the rest ... I think I've commented enough! I would not return to this accommodation again. This third zbog is because of the location!
