Bad accommodation but beautiful sea view and close to the beach

Villa in a great location, close to the beach and promenade. Accommodation a little older, but satisfactory. Beach with large stones.

The accommodation is very kind.

The villa is quite ruined. The furniture is old but not bad. The TV is from 40 years ago, there are no cable or satellite programs so you can watch 3-4 Greek programs. It is good that PVC is placed on the terrace door. The awning on the terrace is also a plus. The kitchen and bathroom are neglected. The sink has traces of "rust", the stove works on the principle of "turn me on two days earlier". The tiles in the bathroom have collapsed, the cupboard is so small that it can hold toothbrushes and caladonts, the rest is in the room. There are no towels or hair dryers. The best part of the studio is the terrace, which was the reason for me to rent it: a view of the sea and not a wall. Parking "manage" which means when you "catch" the place do not leave. It bothered me because I like to visit historical places and some other beaches. Otherwise, the town is divided into two parts by the railway and the part above the railway is a modern part with wide pedestrian zones, shops and restaurants without excessive crowds, paved promenade and parks, neat lawns and CLEAN. All this is the opposite of the part under the railway (dirty, dusty and grassy streets, crowded shops and restaurants of 2 square meters each) except along the coast where really good restaurants have occupied both the street and the coast. The upper part of the town seems much more decent, more acceptable, but it has a drawback - far from the sea. The view from the terrace to the sea, with morning coffee and drinks, was decisive for me to choose that part of the city.

The place to avoid does not change the bed linen and if it says on the door that for 5 days they change the internet theft from the neighbor works only on the terrace and it is hardly the air conditioning also does not work the street is very busy so so one can not even sleep the only thing worth the sea

The place itself is overcrowded, the sidewalks are narrow and traffic is open. The beach is God's soul. The stones at the very entrance to the water are so big that I entered on all fours. Huge problem with parking. To get to the other part of the place for three days of riding, but at least it is not crowded and you can walk normally.
