Vila je tako pozicionirana da je veci deo dana u hladovini pa klima nije potrebna. Parking je retko slobodan ispred vile ali je u blizini javni parking koji je besplatan. Good location. Close to the center but not a promenade so no noise. The furniture is pretty good. The villa is positioned so that most of the day is in the shade so no air conditioning is needed. Parking is rarely free in front of the villa but there is free public parking nearby.
s	sinister six on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozicija objekta, sa jedne strane odlicna posto se nalazi u centru, ali sa druge strane ocaj!!! Na bukvalno 50m vazdusnom linijom nalazi se crkva koja redovno oglasava svoja zvona i to proizvodi toliku buku da je to zastasujuce. Obzirom da se nalazimo na odmoru i svakom prija malo duzi san, crkva tj. zvonjava to ne dozvoljava. Zvona se oglasavaju 3x ujutru i to prvi put oko 6h pa oko 7h i oko 8h, stim da taj drugi put zvonar zaboravi da iskljuci zvona pa zvone par minuta. Zatim, u neposrednoj blizini zgrade nalazi se 7-8 kontejnera za djubre, tako da posle prve zvonjave nakon nekih 20ak min. dolaze djubretari sa svojom lupnjavom oko praznjena istih i posle nastavlja se sa zvonjavom. Nikad vise u tom kvartu!!! The position of the building, on the one hand, is excellent because it is located in the center, but on the other hand, desperation !!! The bells are announcing 3x in the morning, for the first time around 6h, about 7h and about 8h, the second time the bell ringer will forget to turn off the bells, so it sounds for a few minutes. Then, in the immediate vicinity of the building there are 7-8 containers for garbage, so that after the first ring after some 20 minutes min. the fertilizers come with their shaft around the emptied ones and afterwards they continue with the bell. Never again in that district !!!
S	Sanja Jokić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isli smo u vilu Prokopis preko Helena travel agencije, na slikama koje oni pokazuju prilikom ponude, vila izgleda solidno, a cena nije mala, pa se ocekuje da to izgleda tako kako je prikazano. Kada dodjete u vilu to izgleda drugacije! Vila je neuredna, kuhinja neprijatno mirise i nije za upotrebu, wc takodje! Posteljina modre boje (vlasnik vile sam pere posteljinu i susi je u podrumu vile). Vrata od kupatila su istrulila, i umesto da su zamenjena, ona su samo zakrpljena sa parcicima drveta. Kada smo pozvali predstavnika agencije, rekao je da ne moze nista da se uradi, tako je kako je. Cak ne dobijate ni peskire, sto je mozda i bolje jer ko zna u kakvom bi stanju bili. Sve u svemu izbegavajte u sirokom luku vilu Prokopis i Helena travel, jer to sto nude ne vredi nista, a cena je visoka, ili bar neka stave realne slike smestaja koji su u ponudi! When you get to the villa it looks different! The villa is messy, the kitchen smells unpleasant and not for use, the toilet too! The bed linen is blue (the owner of the villa washes the bedding himself and dries it in the basement of the villa). The bathroom door rotted, and instead of being replaced, it was just patched with pieces of wood. When we called the agency representative, he said that nothing could be done, that's how it is. You don't even get towels, which is maybe better because who knows what condition they would be in. All in all, avoid the villa Prokopis and Helena travel in a wide arc, because what they offer is worth nothing, and the price is high, or at least let them put realistic pictures of the accommodation on offer!
