Calm, quiet and nice.

Villa is older by building and furniture, but beautifully spacious, beautiful owners.

The owner knows Serbian, very kind. The rooms are clean and everything is in there. The villa is close to the beach, for a few minutes. Rooms have either a terrace or exit to the courtyard. I'm definitely coming back again.

Villa Stavrala is called two buildings that are located next to each other. I was in a building that looked worse and I was very disappointed. It's about the first floor, Studio 11. The first impression was horrible. The studio was delusional, it smelled of some horrible smell, literally it could not get in there, even though it was all open. That stagnant smell felt throughout our stay. The sheets did not smell clean, but to the stagnant. We had the impression that it was not the best before us was cleaned up. Another disappointment that we have experienced here is the use of climate. Immediately on the first day we paid in 10 days, because the plate was above us, and the studio was burnt. However, after two days there was a storm (Hurricane Halkidiki) and since then the weather was unstable and the temperature did not exceed 26-27 degrees. Since my husband and I watched the prognosis, we realized that our climate would not be necessary and asked us to return the money for the rest of the days. They did not want to return the money with the explanation that they are strict about this and that they can not give us money for other guests !? Whatever it meant to them. I even asked if we could return at least half of the money, even though it was our third day of stay, they refused. To my question that it was the case that we paid for 5 days, it would not be a problem to add another 5, but the problem is that we have to return the money if we do not want more air condition, they did not have an answer. It's so much from me.
