★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Alkistis was an exceptional place to stay. Starting with the breathtaking views of Rethymno and Platanes, from sunrise to sunset just a joy to look at from anywhere on the property. Then, how quiet the place was, it is only 8 minutes away from the tourist areas but the only thing you hear is birds, crickets, and a herd of goats once a day. It is just delightful. The property itself makes you feel you are in a luxury hotel, and with the addition of the pool, you can defo spend a week there without leaving the Villa and still have a blast. And of course the service of the host, he would be ready to fix, recommend, suggest, and help you with anything you want or need. It is truly an experience focused on you and your family to have the best time of your life. Great location, perfect for couples and families, and for sure one of the best views I have ever experienced.
