★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If You are looking for quiet place to chill down with couple or family this is it. It is very well managed place with host that is taking care of every aspect of Your stay. We were staying only for two nights but we could saw that every aspect of property was well though out. Room is cleen, well equiped (even there was repellent for mosquitos) with nice view for the sea. We are pleased to stay at Villa Anneta and highly recommending for You. Thank You Gregory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean and cheap hotel. Don't expect the Ritz for what you pay! Beautiful gardens and friendly owners. Loads of hot water for the shower and Aircon in the room. Great location 5-10 min walk from the beach. Gardenos has 6-7 local tavernas which are nice. All are reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The host Gregory was lovely! He even picked us up from the bus station and was always available if we had any questions. The place was very clean and comfortable, I liked the kitchen the most though. It had everything you could think of, even a little bouquet of herbs which is a very thoughtful detail and came in handy. The beach is in 5 mins walking distance. A little supermarket and tavernas also (although the tavernas aren’t really great, we stuck to cooking most of our stay)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Superb location close to sandy Gardenos beach. Ten minutes drive to the closest major town (Lefkimmi) and good access to major roads to explore the rest of the island. Supermarkets, pharmacies and tavernas within easy reach.. Negative: The room was a little small for a family of four. The rooms downstairs do not have AC, only a fan. The guests in the next room played loud music throughout the night. Thankfully, the other guests were very respectful and friendly..
