Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden 2-mal wöchentlich gewechselt. In den Häusern wird außerdem regelmäßig geputzt. Tägliche Poolreinigung. TOP! Die Betten sind recht hart. Very nice and stylishly furnished villa. Very good service. Caretaker speaks German, English and Greek. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week. In the houses is also regularly cleaned. Daily pool cleaning. TOP! The beds are quite hard.
T	Tho mas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Anlage die gut über befestigte Straßen zu erreichen ist. Die Villa selbst ist großzügig gehalten, das Wohnzimmer für 8 Leute sicherlich zu klein. Es hat vier Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad/Dusche und Balkon. Die Villa ist Teil einer größeren Anlage mit 4 oder 5 weiteren Höusern. Die Badezimmer, Handtücher und Wohnung wird alle vier Tage gereinigt und geputzt. Das war sehr angenehm und gut. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegend ohne störende Straßen oder Flugzeuge. Man ist innerhalb von 15min mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Rethymo. Im Umkreis von 10-12 Minuten gibt es Bäcker, Restaurants und mehrere Supermärkte. Einzige Manko ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Besteck, Teller und Gläser gibt es genug, aber anständige Töpfe, eine Auflaufform, oder Backblech fehlen leider. Das kenne ich aus anderen Wohnungen deutlich besser! Anderseits ist das Essen in den kleinen Tavernen so gut und günstig, dass selbst kochen sich kaum lohnt. Nice complex that is easy to reach via paved roads. The villa itself is spacious, the living room is certainly too small for 8 people. It has four bedrooms, all with their own bath / shower and balcony. The villa is part of a larger complex with 4 or 5 more apartments. The bathroom, towels and apartment is cleaned and cleaned every four days. That was very pleasant and good. Otherwise it is a very quiet area with no disturbing roads or planes. You are within 15 minutes by car in the center of Rethymo. There are bakers, restaurants and several supermarkets within a 10-12 minute radius. The only drawback is the kitchen equipment. There are enough cutlery, plates and glasses, but unfortunately there are no decent pots, a baking dish or baking tray. I know that much better from other apartments! On the other hand, the food in the small taverns is so good and cheap that it is hardly worth cooking yourself.
