Estupendo lugar de tranquilidad y silencio donde ya no se encuentran...la casa bonita, cómoda, limpia, con unas vistas inmejorables enfrente de Ithaca. Los anfitriones una maravillosa familia Makis, Tula y la yiayia, que aprovecho para mandarles un fuerte abrazo. Recomendable especialmente para los que les gusta la vida tranquila y disfrutar de la belleza del lugar.

Villa Bolios is a wonderful place for a holiday. High up on the hill it's still close to the restaurants and facilities of Fiskardo - you can even walk there along the road or via one of the "Paths of Errisos", an excellent recent local development with other great walking route around the northern tip of the island. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped with TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The upstairs bedroom is quite unique with a lovely terrace and external staircase, internal balcony and doors/big windows on two sides. You should be aware that it's open acoustically to the living room below. The other two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Outside, the infinity pool and poolside area is fantastic and where we spent nearly all our time. There are lots of comfortable options for eating and lounging around. The outside shower and loo are a really good idea too. On the other side of the house is a "breakfast terrace", also lovely and with views/access to village, countryside and characteristic ruins which, while sad, are part of the character. But the views from the poolside and upstairs terrace are simply amazing. Ithaca dominates and the sun rises between its hills making every morning a visual spectacular. The channel is busy with small sailing boats, ferries and occasional super yachts providing visual interest. The light and the water change all the time and we never tired of it. If you want one reason to stay here, this is it! Finally, Gerasimos was a wonderful host. Very genuine, very helpful and a really nice guy. We hope to visit again.
