★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a travel agency we had a reservation for one of our client for 2020 which obviously we had to postponed due to COVID-19. The villa has accepted to give us a voucher to be use for 2021 but when client asked for availability for same week as previous year the problems occurred, initially they told us that villa was not available and when we demonstrated them that in airbnb we could find the villa available they said that they did a mistake and we could have the villa but with a price 50% more expensive than previous year.
Off course client felt trapped from this situation and didn’t want to confirm the stay under those conditions. We then asked for a refund of deposit in order not to penalize the client. They denied to refund deposit without any legal argument.
As you realize this unpleasant experience has caused dissatisfaction and financial loss to our company and the final client and all this without having done anything wrong.
Furthermore i have decided to share this unprofessional behaviour with other clients and with the market for their knowledge and avoidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful villa combining the luxury of a 5stars hotel and the coziness of a home. Amazing panoramic view better than photos.
Sparkling clean with full amenities.
The location is central but quite and perfect to access the main highway to drive to villages and beaches.
Most importantly the warmth and the hospitality of the owners (Tonia and Michalis) that went above and beyond. The welcoming Pastissio dinner was delicious.

Tonia & Mike are very welcoming, providing moussaka on arrival.
The villa itself is beautiful, it has everything you need if you just wanted to spend your time there however everything is in a short driving distance (beach, harbour, old town etc)
The views from the infinity pool are great too!
