β β β β β Pozitiv: Inprejurimile vilei sunt frumoase , cu zone impadurite, iar marea este destul de aproape.. Negativ: Livingul este de fapt bucataria, curatenia lasa de dorit, a trebuit sa strang panze de paianjeni din camere, este foarte aproape de strada principala , care este foarte circulata. Desi nu aveam chiar mari pretentii, pretul fiind destul de mic, lenjeria de pat cu rupturi nu cred ca ii avantajeaza. In concluzie desi poate suna destul de dur comentariul, cu mici imbunatatiri poate fi o locatie buna pentru cazare, dar la cum este administrata acum nu o recomand..

β β β β β Positief: Er was overal muskietengaas, de airco werkte okay, uitzicht vanaf balkon 1e etage okay. Negatief: Haren in doucheputje, ruimtes niet echt schoon, afvoer wastafel kapot, ligging aan heel drukke weg, zelf de vuilnis maar opgeruimd, stinkend vaatwasdoekje in keuken ....

β β β β β Pozitiv: Amplasarea vilei este foarte buna. Din balcon aveti o priveliste de vis catre mare. Am primit camera imediat ce am venit.. Negativ: Camere foarte mici la etaj. In dormitor sunt doua paturi, unul de doua persoane si celalalt de o persoana. In bucatarie mai este o canapea destul de tare si incomoda pentru dormit. O compartimentare destul de nereusita tinand cont ca am inchiriat camera patru persoane, doi adulti si doi copii majori. In sejurul de opt zile s-a facut curatenie si s-au schimbat prosoapele o singura data, la mijloc. Nici camerele nu aratau prea bine, ma refer la curatenie..

β β β β β Positive: Posizione ottima per raggiungere calette e spiagge e ristoranti. Ogni 3 giorni pulizie in appartamento e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola. Appartamento bello spazioso e bel patio dove mangiare fuori sempre all'ombra. Proprietari disponibili e gentili..

β β β β β Camerele de jos sunt foarte spatioase, cam nr 2 - 1 pat dublu si 2 paturi de o persoana, cam nr. 1 eate zi mai bine gandita si are mai mult spatiu. Cele doua camere de jos au cate o terasa. Intr un sejur de 7 zile ni s-a schimbat o data lenjeria, prosoapele si s-a facut curatenie. Am fost multumita. Punctele minus ar fi canalizarea la baie si ..ospitalitatea gazdei...Pentru familiile cu 2 copii rwcomand camerele de jos...boilerul ok, bucataria nu are cuptor cu microunde dar are un aragaz cu doua plite si este dotata cu strictul necesar, inclusiv tigaie, cani, farfurii, tacamuri si tirbuson.

β β β β β Positive: friendly hosts, beautiful garden with beautiful flowers and lot of green, great view from balcony (at the first floor). Negative: during the day, there was noise from mainroad when cars were passing above legal speed.

It's not a luxury resort, this must be clear, also because prices are definitely reasonable.
We were in the first floor apartment, with a room for kitchen and extra bed and a dining room.
Nice patio and garden, nice position to visit sithonia, very close to Vera and karidi beaches.
Owners are always smailing and available.
Very appreciated
