★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole experience in Villa Del Mar turned out to be very unpleasant. The access to the sea is unaccessible because of broken infrastructure, steps and reails are a totall mess of steel and concrete (due to recent storm as we were told). We were proposed to swim in the pools as "alternative option", and the night we arrived we have seen the frog in the big pool.
The distance to nearest beach is 45 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car via a bumpy dirt road. Distance to Vasiliki is 30 minutes drive. The studios are located in the first floor, with villa just over it, patios of villas are adjacent to one another, so there is no privacy. The playground is unsafe for little children, with steps of slide mostly the height of the baby. One swing was broken. The area under the pool looks shabby, with piping over the ground.
Hotel management is ignorant, not accepting the problems they have and not reacting. Very unpleasant in communication. The city tax 10% was returned to us because it turned out to be a fraud. Nearest hotels have 0% city tax or 0,5% city tax.
I would not reccomend Villa Del Mar for stay longer then couple of days and definitely not for the families with little children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this time we stay at del mar stone huose. Lovely boutique villa. Very clean like the standard of previous times we stay at del mar . The villa manager - milla was kind as usual, the amazing view, courteous service and most importantly, a safe stay during the period of the Corona makes the big difference

The villa was clean and had everything we needed to relax. It far exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend this place to others. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer. Thanks amir and Mila for making our vacation memorable.
