It looks very well, unfortunately there weren't free rooms. The owners were correct to reply very soon after my request. Next year I will try to make my next reservation earlier

Spacy studios, suitable for families of 4, even 5 members, fully equipped kitchen, big bathrooms, nice kids-friendly garden, own parking space, only a hundred metres from the sea.

Very good studios with perfect yard for children! Well-equipped kitchen and bbq outside. Reasonable prices. The staff could be more friendly.

Overpriced prefabricated houses (the price is 80 euros per night: more than double than all other rooms for rent in the area), relatively newly built, with a nice garden and parking spots. Each house has two accomodations, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. There is no sound insulation between the two, you can hear even small talk conversations from your neighbours. Thermal insulation is a big issue, the house is hot as a greenhouse even though the outside temperature was normal. We had to run the A/C all night long, waking up with a soar throat in the mornings. Sleeping qualtiy is very poor, the mattresses are very hard. It was a great surprise after our first night, when we asked them to empty our full toilet trash can (they have cleaning service as all rooms for rent in the area) that we had to do it ourselves!!! The owner insisted we had to do it ourselves and also showed us where the garbage can is located out in the street. She was reluctant even to offer a plastic bag to put our garbage, she said, don't you guys have by chance an extra bag with you that you could use? This to avoid the cost of 0,02€ of a plastic bag. I asked her for an extrat toilet paper roll and was informed that they offer one every three days. LoL!!! What a joke!!! And the room cost 80 euros!!! Hahaha!!! Of course I mentioned to her that it is unbelievable to pay 80 euros per night and have to empty our trash and not being offered an extra toilet paper roll. Her reply was not to make it a big deal about us having to throw our garbage and here is a toilet paper roll, just make sure the other guests won't see us and start asking as well for toilet paper rolls. It gets even better because they do not accept credit cards, be sure to have cash on you. They have a POS machine but surprise surpise, they have no idea how it works, it is out of battery and other terrible excuses. To imagine the problem, the nearest ATM is in the town of Sykia, approximately 10 km away. If we didn't have our three year old child waiting in the heat while se was trying to learn how the POS works, I would happily stay there for hours until she did. To summarise, the place is terribly overpiced. By first glance it looks ok but it has many issues and the beahaviour of the owner is horrible.

That’s a terrible place to spend your holiday, moreover it is highly overpriced. The place offers a few wooden houses, each with two apartments. The apartments are extremely hot and every attempt to cool them before actually entering them will be stopped as the owner immediately comes in and turns the air conditioning off. So you are supposed to sweat inside at 50 degrees Celsius until you get a bearable temperature. Moreover, you can hear everything your neighbors are talking in addition to the parties around the pool at the camping next door. There are no places to go out, you have to go by car to Sarti to eat or buy whatever you might need. The furniture is sticky, there is no hot water in the kitchen, the rooms are sort of cleaned every three days when you also get your roll of toilet paper. You have to take your garbage to the bin across the so-called street. The beach is small and crowded. The sheets are changed every three days. However, they are old. I would not recommend this location to anybody.

Hot water at night only on request but it has been solved immediatly The problem is with the owner who has a professional problem in this type of business...she enters in the rooms without warning over the tourists to count the pots and had a nervous reaction one night with screams because some tourists picked some flowers from the garden... she apologized for this when we left, so there are still chances.

Functional and convenient studios located in a beautiful garden. Very close (200 m) to a clean sandy beach. The place is quiet and tidy. Owners are very polite and pleasant people.

No cleaning services, no hot water for a decent shower,very dirty towels and a very horrible host having a bossy attitude yelling to guests.There were no way to have a conversation in English. And there no registration formalities at check in and check out. I receive a simple receipt written by hand after my requests. In my opinion,this place is not an aparthotel is a place that has to be avoided
