В апартаментах lux имеется шикарный балкон с восхитительным видом на море. Сами апартаменты большие по площади, и что самое важное отлично проветриваются благодаря расположению окон на разные стороны. Описание полностью соответствует действительности.
Виллу окружает большой участок с удобной парковкой. До ближайшего пляжа 5-10 минут пешком. Хозяин очень доброжелательный и готов всегда помочь. Рекомендую для семей с детьми.
The villa is conveniently located for those traveling by car. Direct access to the main road of the region allows easy access to the most beautiful beaches. The lux apartments have a chic balcony with amazing sea views. The apartments themselves are large in size, and most importantly, they are perfectly ventilated due to the location of the windows on different sides. The description is completely true.
The villa is surrounded by a large plot with convenient parking. The nearest beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help. Recommend for families with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odličan smeštaj. Prostrani, opremljeni, čisti apartmani, velike terase i predivno dvorište. Vlasnik vile izuzetno ljubazan i gostoprimljiv. Nenametljiv, a opet, tu za potrebe svakog gosta. Idealno za porodice sa decom koja potpuno bezbedno mogu uživati u prostranom dvorištu, punom maslina, čempresa i borova. Parking u hladovini dvorišta. Vila se nalazi na 1,5 kilometar ispred Nikitija pa su blizu veliki marketi, kao i mogućnost obilaska izuzetnih plaža na obe obale Sitonije. Na pešačkoj udaljenosti je i lepa, peščana plaža. Sve preporuke.
Great accommodation. Spacious, equipped, clean apartments, large terraces and a beautiful yard. The owner of the villa is extremely kind and hospitable. Unobtrusive, and yet, there for the needs of every guest. Ideal for families with children who can safely enjoy a spacious yard full of olives, cypresses and pines. Parking in the shade of the yard. The villa is located 1.5 kilometers in front of Nikiti, so there are large markets nearby, as well as the possibility of visiting exceptional beaches on both shores of Sithonia. There is also a beautiful, sandy beach within walking distance. All recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a private Villa in Nikiti. From the main balcony you have seaview, and you can see also Kassandra and far away in your left the top of Athos Mountain. Owner family are very nice and their hospitality makes you come again. The villa is renovate, clean, with everithing that you need. The manin apartment is 130sqm 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 kicken and with a huge terrase where you cand feel the sea breeze. I recomand!
