Το villa evangelia luxury apartments ειναι το τελειο μερος για διακοπες. Το σπιτι ηταν εξαιρετικο, πεντακάθαρο με ολες τις ανεσεις για ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές. Ο κ. Δημος ειναι εξαιρετικος, φιλικος και προθυμος να σε εξυπηρετήσει σε οτι χρειάζεσαι. Σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησω!!

Peta zvezdica je izostala samo iz razloga jer je plaža malo dalje i zbog tuš wc-a, barem je takav bio u našem studiju. Sve ostalo je stvarno bez zamerki, Dimos je divan domaćin, uvek na raspolaganju gostima, kuhinja super opremljena, posteljina i peškiri se menjaju redovno, dostupna je veš mašina, kao i deterdžent za veš. U kuhinji nas je dočekao i deterdžent za posuđe, kao i sunđer, veliki ubrus, kafa, so, kao i piće za osveženje u frižideru - za odrasle i za decu. Sve preporuke, sa napomenom da bih verovatno i petu zvezdicu dala da je kupatilo imalo barem tuš kabinu, mislim da su ostali studiji i apartmani tako sređeni, taj detalj sam kasno gledala. ?

Very nice place to stay, has everything you need (clean bath room, kitchen with oven and fridge, bedroom, balcony all in a great style) and could wish for. Also the host is incredibly helpful.

Luxury & Comfort Villa Evangelia has become our first choice when visiting Sithonia! This year we decided to stay in the brand new amazing Vintage studio. The space is beautifully and luxuriously decorated in Vintage themes, from the wallpaper, to the mirrors and curtains and exerts finesse and style. The bathroom is lux and the materials are of very high quality, equivalent of upscale suites. The sofa and bed are amazing, very comfortable, the pillows and linen outstanding, very soft with silky texture. The most amazing theme of the studio is the lighting, perimetric ceiling plasterboard designs with vertical lights and hidden blue led light, both in the bedroom and bathroom, creating an incredible uplifting and upscale atmosphere. All that topped with the renowned first class hospitality of Dimos & Katerina, who are always by our side to make the most out of our holidays, make Villa Evangelia our top choice every year.

Just returned from holiday in Nikiti, I have booked this apartment in January this year for group of 8, 4 adults and 4 children, and have been looking forward to it, but have to say as soon as we arrived Dimos, the owner awaited for us and up on arrival in a very strange manner asked how many of us are there? This was a bit of a shock to me as I have told him when I was making the reservation, he then also questioned my friends baby's age, he looked surprised to see a 12 month old baby ( about which I have also told him) Few days into our holiday we had a BBQ and family member who was also on holiday in Nikiti came to visit us. We had the BBQ, our children were inside the house watching TV, and we adults sat on the balcony drinking and talking, this is what people do on holidays...right? Well not for Dimos....who came at 23:45hrs running to our balcony and screaming at us with anger and attitude, telling us that there is time of peace between 23:00hrs and 7:00hrs, and that his neighbours will complain, that he as allowed us to bring friends over and to use his facilities...which facilities.....plate, fork and knife to eat dinner I paid for and my husband made? If we wish to socialise then we should have rented a villa...I have came on holiday and believe that I should decide at what time I will go to bed and when I will wake up, back in the UK were I live and work I have to wake up at certain time to get to work but not on holiday, We said sorry a few times but the more we apologised the more Dimos went on and on and on, I was in a shock to be spoken to like that, after all I am the guest who paid to stay there,I believe that I should have been treated differently and Dimos should have approached us in calm and professional manner, but this has spoiled our holiday and we decided to leave day earlier, not only that but at the time of booking I was advised that he only takes 12 days reservation in August.....not actually true and do not be fulled by that, I was and booked 12 days and then got to find out that family who were above us in an apartment booked 8 days! So it looks like Dimos is trying his luck! And final say location is discounting, dirty and full off street dogs around, house is old and needs an updating , beds very uncomfortable with wood boards under the mattress, cutlery needs serious updating..oh and the beach too far more than 500m so unless you have a car you are stuck! First and last time there never again!!!!!

Rested with a friend for 13 days. We really liked the developed infrastructure, everything is within walking distance. Excellent apartments and very hospitable owners Dimos and Katerina. If possible, I will come

Villa Evangelia is the perfect place to spend your holiday. The apartment is super clean and has modern equipment (hot water, air condition, oven, hob, fridge etc.). The terrace is great to have a cool drink and just chill. The location of the apartment is perfect (near to the main road and supermarkets). The host Dimos is super friendly and helpful. He will fulfill all of your wishes and give you some nice advices of what you should have seen in the surroundings of Nikiti. We spent a perfect time here! Thanks a lot!
