Minuses: Be careful when booking on terms and conditions, because the final cleaning is not included and will withhold from the guarantee, the garbage should be taken daily by car to the pubs, whatever you have to pay everything is broken Or damaged (including glasses, plates). Also, the neighbors are very sensitive to noise and make complaints, even if it is not quiet time.
At the end we were very disappointed, you have no control over the warranty and they can keep them as they want, we have withheld 150 euros.
Advice : Check everything at check in/ check out and take pictures, maybe they will help you.
