★ ★ ★ ★ ★ George's Villa is new and very nice furnished with high quality materials. We had a spacious maisonette which could easily host 4-5 persons. It is equipped with everything you need and has a nice balcony. The quality is significantly over the Thasos average. Location is very good too - right by one of the smaller beaches of Skala Sotiros. This beach is not crowded but is quite stoney. The largest (and nicest) beach is 5 minutes away on foot. You can find parking on the street. Skala Sotiros is a small, quiet village which has everything you need to spend a nice holiday: beaches, taverns, grocery stores, bakery and gyros :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at Villa Giotis was an excellent start for our stay in Thassos. We wanted to explore the left part of the island and we chose the villa as a starting point. Skala Sotiros has a chill vibe, a great bakery and a very picturesque coffee place by the marina. Villa Giotis is clean, quiet, very welcoming and close to the beach. It is a budget friendly option but it provides a good bed, clean environment, kitchenette with all you might need to prepare coffee and a meal. They take the trash daily and provide clean towels and sheets every 3 days! All in all, worth considering! Also they have a small, organized backyard where you can have your coffee or chill in the evening! I only have a picture from my balcony view, the rest are from Skala Sotiros!
