★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einer der schönsten Buchten auf Chalkidiki, die Villa Ioannis ist eine Oase für jeden Urlauber, der troubelige Urlaubsorte nicht mag. Die Villa ist in Familienbesitz, sehr gepflegt mit täglicher Reinigung. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Der Garten ist geradezu paradiesisch! Für die Gäste gibt es eigene Liegestühle am Strand. Das Wasser am Strand ist sehr sauber, sehr viele kleine Fische schwimmen darin, der Strand fällt sehr flach ab und ist daher wunderbar für Kinder geeignet. Einen Ausflug mit einem Leihboot zur Insel in der Lagune ist sehr zu empfehlen, die kleinen Buchten auf der Insel sind ein Traum. In jede Richtung gibt es gut sortierte Supermärkte, sodass man sich auch gut verpflegen kann.
 One of the most beautiful bays in Chalkidiki, Villa Ioannis is an oasis for every vacationer who doesn't like troubled vacation spots. The villa is family owned, very well maintained with daily cleaning. All rooms have air conditioning. The garden is downright heavenly! Guests have their own sun loungers on the beach. The water on the beach is very clean, there are a lot of small fish swimming in it, the beach slopes very gently and is therefore wonderfully suitable for children. A trip with a rental boat to the island in the lagoon is highly recommended, the small bays on the island are a dream. There are well-stocked supermarkets in each direction, so that you can also get good meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozitie ideala!! Ne-a placut mult studioul, plaja privata( pt zilele in care nu ai chef sa pleci cu masina), propietarul si personalul foarte dragut, gradina mare, parcare acoperita si e aproape de orice (restaurante, supermarket, plaja). As reveni oricand cu placere.
Ideal position !! We really liked the studio, the private beach (for the days when you don't feel like going by car), the owner and the very nice staff, the big garden, the covered parking and it's close to everything (restaurants, supermarket, beach). I would gladly return anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to be in Sithonia. Very close to a very well kept beach, a gorgeous garden, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. Access to the grill is also a plus, saved us a lot of money?
Great for kids! Our most relaxing vacation as parents!
