Positive: Beautiful location, just next to the blue flag beach. I got an apartment with the sea view balcony and could listen to the waves sound all the stay there. Room was very clean, white interior, marble floor, very comfortable bed. Bathrooms with some oldschool fixture. All instructions were very clear and the host available any time. Very nice, kind and helping host. They treat me like their own daughter and supporting with anything, bars, restaurants recommendations, taxis and transportation. Great hospitality!. Negative: Nothing in particular, everything was perfect..

This place surprised me so much! Nice room, clean and cosy with an amazing view from the balcony ?? To the beach it's only 50 meters so you can enjoy the sound of the sea at night. If you will have any problems, ask the owner. He is very helpful and kind. I strongly recommend this place!

Positive: The place was really clean (with special cleanliness measures against the spread of covid19 ) and quiet, right in front of the beach and at the same time close to the town. Mr Costas was very helpful in providing information and answering questions we may have had. We loved our stay and enjoyed the beautiul view of the sea from our balcony on a daily basis there. We would definitely choose to stay there again whenever we visit Lefkada.. Negative: It would have been helpful if the room provided a kitchenette. However, it did provide some essentials for the preparation of a simple breakfast. Also in order to get to a supermarket you need to have a car or another means of transportation. We did not have any problem with that because we did have a car but I am mentioning it for other potential visitors. Overall, however, everything was great!!!.

Positive: My husband and I stayed at Villa Ioli for a week and we loved it. Kostas was very helpful and nice. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels and sheets every second day..

Nice small hotel with a very friendly owner. There is no kitchen, a small bathroom and the location is really convenient with immediate access to Agios Ioannis beach and about 10' away from the island capital Lefkada. It's perfect for wind surfers. Also there are two beach bars near the hotel, for breakfast and coffee. All the west side beaches are within 45' of the property. I would stay there again!

Narrow, not comfortable rooms with limited facilities. Direct view to the sea from a few rooms, not good value for money though: it is overpriced.

Positive: We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Villa Ioli! It's located right on the gorgeous Agios Ioannis beach, not far from Lefkada Town. The room we had offered a sea view (amazing!) and also we could watch the sunrise straight from the balcony. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean (the cleaning lady came in every day, bedsheets and towels changed on our second day there). The bathroom was in a typical Greek style (shower curtain) but also very, very clean and hot water was available all the time. There is a fridge, cups, cutlery, a kettle and a toaster so you can easily prepare a simple breakfast (or a Greek salad) there and enjoy it on your balcony. There are a few tavernas/beach clubs around (including the Windmill venues) and the nearest mini-market is about 1km away. The place is ideal if you have a car, I unfortunately cannot drive on the right so we relied on buses, taxis and... our feet to get around, which wasn't too much trouble. It took us about 40 minutes to walk to Lefkada Town where you can catch buses to all the most beautiful places on the island. Next door to Villa Ioli is a pool bar, so if you prefer relaxing by the pool instead of swimming in the sea you can do that as well. Last, but certainly not least - the staff. 10/10! Kostas is so friendly, always with a smile on his face, always on hand if you need help. The cleaning lady also always greets you with a smile. We wish you both all the best and we hope to see you again in the future. I highly recommend Villa Ioli as a quiet, comfortable place where you can truly relax and enjoy the beautiful Lefkada..

Positive: The owner and personnel are very polite and the location is very good, just next to the beach.. Negative: The room is generally narrow, while it has the most narrow bathroom one can ever imagine. Taking a shower is a nightmare, with the curtain stuck on your body. The wifi is like non-existing, it interrupts continuously and it is completely unreliable. In general, Ioli offers just the basics and it is overpriced..
