★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was love at first sight. Literally. The moment I stepped into the huge terrace of the villa overlooking the beautiful bay with the deep blue color of the sea and the Castello Rosso on the other side… and this picture framed by the lush garden and flowers.. .I just knew I would have to come back. I have since been here to enjoy the beachlife, exploring the places near and far, been here during autumn and taken a walk through the chestnut ‘enchanted’ forest, enjoyed doing yoga and working out at the studio, have explored Karystos and cooked home-made meals in the villa and I can’t praise this place enough. A special thank you to Maria, the hostess, who made us feel welcome from day one and has been as accommodating as can be in showing us around, giving us recommendation of where to go and what to see, always greeting everyone with a smile and making sure that the guests not only enjoy their stay at Villa Kasteli, but also feel its beauty with their heart. Highly recommend this place, whether it is for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, it has it all!
