Villa Katerina - Malaxas Street

Very well situated, near to the beach. The rooms are basic equipped with ac and tv. Internet is fully working on all areas and free parking can be found on the street.

Katerina's place is lovely! Very nice garden for haveing a glass of wine in the evening! Her place is close to the center and the beach! Katerina is the best hoste every and her pie is delicious!

Perfect place to stay in Xania. Close to the beach and very quiet. The owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

Very friendly people, We arrived and we immidiatly received free icecream and coffee. Very quiet place. Perfect and very clean rooms and everything is a few minutes walk away such as the beach, market, restaurants etc... 10/10 would come again. EDIT: We received a free breakfast that was delivered to our room for our last day. 11/10 coming again.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Villa Katerina. They, Mrs Katerina and her daughter Dora, who takes care about the Apartments, made me feel like I'm part of the family. Every morning they made me coffee, Dora sat down with me and we had a nice chat. She gave me tips where I can go. Where I can eat. It was so nice, that she took her time for me even though she had work to do. I felt like I was at my aunts house, not in an apartment hotel. She is the sweetest host. The rooms are clean have everything you need for a stay. Every two days they cleaned the room (because of the current situation). There are also parking spots in front of the apartment and Dora will help to to get in if it's a bit to tough :) Not to forget the perfect location of Villa Katerina. It is in the near of the center of Chania (5min to the shopping mile with zara, bershka and co), 10min away from the old harbor and just down the street is the local beach with the blue flagg (clean water) and the harbor of Nea Chora (the district). Even though you don't hear the hectic sounds of the city. At the harbor of Nea Chora you have the best fish taverns in town. Where you can have your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 10 minutes away is the highway to Heraklion/Rethymno and Kissamou. So if you have a car/ Bike your don't have to cross the whole town to get to the highway and the beautiful beaches, places of Chania/ Crete. I TOTALLY recommend Villa Katerina!!! And I would come back, any time. And especially for the most delicious Revani. Thank you Dora and Mrs Katerina for my stay!

Highly recommended place to stay. Perfect location - 7 minutes away from center of Chania but in a rather quiet area without street noise and tourist crowds. Nice promenade with good choice of restaurants is 5 minutes away. Beach is also super close. Apartment was really clean and cozy, had everything that one may need (kitchen, fridge, AC, etc) Dora and her mother Katerina - the owners - are simply amazing warm people, willing to help and advise if needed. Staying here felt like coming home. Great experience in Chania.

Super nice host! We felt very welcome. We got a lot of tips and informations about the area at the arrival. Also snacks every day. Everybody was super friendly :) The rooms are small but very clean with comfortable beds. It is possible to have a parking space in front of the house. I would totally recommend the villa katerina!

Pleasant rooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely hostess. The only downside was that the hot water was not enough, and the mattress was too firm.
