Villa Kira - N.E.O. Patron - Athinon 39

Ξεκινήσαμε με πολύ καλη διάθεση τις διακοπες μας κ μόλις φτάσαμε εξελιχθηκε σε μια πολύ κακή βδομαδα!!ωραιο το σπιτι το πανω αλλά τα δωμάτια που βρίσκονται στο κάτω όροφο είναι δίπλα στο πλυσταριό κ μύριζουν μούχλα.η συμπεριφορά των διαχειριστών ήταν το λιγότερο άθλια..ενώ στις παροχές είχε πετσέτες μας έκαναν υποδείξεις κ παρατηρήσεις για να μη τις λερωσουμε..ερχόντουσαν το πρωί κ φεύγανε αργά το μεσημέρι για να μας ελέγχουν.Λερώσαμε μια πετσέτα κ ενώ την είχαμε διπλώσει πανω σε ένα ράφι μας την άπλωσαν έξω από τη πόρτα του δωματίου για να μας δείξουν οτι λερώθηκε κ μας αποκάλεσαν ζώα επειδη τους είπαμε οτι αυτό που κάνουν είναι ντροπή!τους είπαμε να μας δώσουν πίσω τα λεφτά να φύγουμε κ φυσικά το αρνήθηκαν με αποτέλεσμα να μας φέρουν μπράβους σε 3 οικογένειες με παιδιά για να αποχωρήσουμε μέσα σε μισή ώρα.Ενημερώσαμε την αστυνομία κ τους είπε να μη μας ξανά ενοχλήσουν μέχρι να φυγουμε.δε διστάζουν να πουν αναλήθειες στην αστυνομία για να βγουν από πανω.η πολιτική του σπιτιού είναι να χρεώνει κ τα βρεφοι σαν άτομα

Luxurious villa with great view, lot of facilities and friendly hosting. Perfect place to stay if you plan to visit Parga.

We are just returned from a very pleasant stay at this very clean, modern and comfortable villa Kira. It's the perfect base to explore all the surrounding areas. We arrived to a villa looking just as beautiful as the publicity and were very sad to leave. The villa is very fresh and clean; the owners obviously look after their properties and take pride in the service they provide, well done! Villa is fantastic, well maintained, modern and extremely clean. The accommodation is beautifully equipped with everything you could hope for, quality decor and furnishings, comfortable beds and the best showers. The bedrooms are lovely and fresh, beds were really comfy, there are plenty of closets and good quality bed linen and towels are available. The shower room was large with a powerful shower and double basins with two huge drawers for storage. The air conditioning was a great feature and worked really well without being noisy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. Quality appliances and utensils. The welcome bottle of cold ouzo in the fridge was highly appreciated. The washing machine was very handy for washing swimsuits and beach towels. The wonderful outdoor space makes this great villa even bigger. We always ate outside on the very nice, private and sheltered patio area, enjoying the splendid view over the see, highlands and castle. Superb outside swimming pool with high quality loungers is making it all just perfect. The location was great and everything in easy walking distance - a beautiful sandy beach, shops, restaurants, bars – Sakis restaurant is a must for delicious dinner! Gert and Svetlana were very prompt in answering my questions throughout the booking process and were very nice upon arrival. They are the perfect hosts, generous, attentive and very helpful. I would certainly stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending the villa Kira to friends and family. Hope to return. Parga is a little piece of paradise ... 5***** property and owners!!!

We spend our holidays in Vila Kira - Parga during summer 2016 and we had a wonderful & relaxing time! The house, all rooms, the swimming pool and terraces: everything is exactly like the nice pictures on their website. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Most amazing is the incredibly view on the sea! Also Parga is a nice little town with a beautiful beach and many small streets with excellent restaurants. It only takes a few minutes to walk from Villa Kira to the center of Parga. We cannot think of anything negative. it was just great! We will definitely come back for another holiday in Vila Kira!
