Luogo tranquillo ed eccezionale accoglienza. Pulito, decoroso, con stile ecc. ecc.. Complimenti al proprietario. Spero di tornarci ancora per visitare i luoghi di Creta che non sono riuscito a raggiungere questa volta.

I would gladly stay in this villa again - it’s very comfortable, is located in a nice village, and is 5 min from one of the best beaches in the area (Kalyves). Initially, I didn’t want to book it as it seemed too cheap. But the house is true to the pictures which is amazing. Even more, the pics didn't show some nice details like two large and comfortable bathrooms with a new large washer. Also, all but one bedroom have airconditioning. Icing on the cake was their hospitality- Raki, honey, wine selection (paid), some small things etc. They even have their agency to help you planning excursions on the island, but we didn’t try it due to kids having their plans... Few red flags you should know about especially if coming with kids: 1. Unprotected stairs that lead to the top of a 2.5m high wall. 2. Huge vase in front of some dangerous stairs. The vase is loosely kept in place and kids can easily tip it over. 3. Stairs to the 2nd floor are engineered very badly. They are not properly oriented so are just slightly difficult for use. They are also slippery. These issues are not very important as I don’t see them as a safety issue. However, the upper few stairs seem to be poorly attached to the main construction. Maybe they can hold a ton and maybe the owner tested it. However, that would not change the fact that this is not a correct way to build the stairs, thus, I don’t trust them.
