Der jetzige Zustand dieser Villa ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Leider wurde seit Jahren nichts mehr investiert.....!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε σχεση με τη θαλασσα και την πολη της Αλεξανδρούπολης. Η θεα απο τη βεραντα ειναι μαγικη, ειδικα την ωρα του ηλιοβασιλεματος. Ο οικοδεσπότης ειναι πολυ φιλοξενος και προσχαρος να βοηθησει σε ο,τι χρειαστει. Το σπιτι ειναι ανετο, και η πισινα ιδανικη για βουτιες με την παρεα και την οικογένεια. Πλουσιος κηπος με φρεσκα φρουτα και λαχανικα της εποχης.
Η απολυτη ισορροπία φυσης και πολιτισμου.
Excellent location in relation to the sea and the city of Alexandroupolis. The view from the terrace is magical, especially at sunset. The host is very hospitable and happy to help with whatever he needs. The house is comfortable, and the pool is ideal for swimming with friends and family. Rich garden with fresh fruits and vegetables of the season.
The perfect balance of nature and culture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben 2 weken genoten op deze plek met 7 personen. De beheerder was zeer gastvrij en voelde als een goede vriend. Heerlijk waren de verse groenten en vooral vijgen uit eigen tuin. De locatie is precies goed ten opzichte van diverse hotspots en het strand. Kortom een absolute aanrader!
We have enjoyed 2 weeks in this place with 7 people. The manager was very welcoming and felt like a good friend. The fresh vegetables and especially figs from our own garden were delicious. The location is just right in relation to various hotspots and the beach. In short, an absolute must!
