Кухня в която има вградена миялна и пералня, керамична печка абсорбатор фурна и микровълнова печка с втора фурна. Двоен хладилник и маса за хранене за петима. Хол и и стълби за вторият етаж. На вторият етаж има малък кабинет с бюро, спалня със собствена баня и тоалетна и отделна тераса. Всичко това е направено с много вкус и вградени високи технологии. Автоматични слънчеви ролетки и комарници на прозорците. Охранителна система за цялата къща автоматични врати на гаража и осветление за двора и къщата с пълна автоматика.
