Villa Magdalena Studios - περιοχή Άγιος Ιωάννης

Appartamenti abbastanza grandi dipende dove ti mettono , si trova in mezzo all'isola un po ' isolato quindi indispensabile auto. Struttura un po' vecchia quindi va bene come base per girare le migliori spiagge ...personale cordiale grazie a kiki!!! Però per la struttura così grossa ci vorrebbe più personale....

Οικονομικό δωμάτιο. Είναι ότι πρέπει αν γυρνάς όλη μέρα να εξερευνήσεις το νησί και πας εκεί για μπάνιο στην πισίνα και ύπνο. Η τοποθεσία είναι στην εξοχή, βλέπεις κοπάδια ζώων από το μπαλκόνι σου. Βέβαια όταν έχει πολύ αέρα είναι ενοχλητικό γιατί βουίζει από τα παράθυρα. Σεντόνια, πετσέτες και σακούλες σκουπιδιών δεν μας άλλαξαν 5 μέρες που μείναμε, ίσως έπρεπε τους το ζητήσουμε. Μας υποδέχτηκε με χυμό και νερό κατά την άφιξή μας στο δωμάτιο (σε άλλα διαμερίσματα δεν σου προσφέρουν τίποτα). Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας σύστησε ένα οικονομικό και αξιόπιστο γραφείο ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων όταν αυτό που είχαμε ήδη κλείσει μας ακύρωσε την κράτηση λίγο πριν φτάσουμε στο νησί. Στη γειτονιά μένουν τσιγγάνοι, εμείς ευτυχώς δεν είχαμε κανένα άσχημο συμβάν το διάστημα που μείναμε εκεί.

Fa schifo! le stanze sono infestate da api e formiche e zanzare, gli asciugamani non vengono lavati, i rubinetti perdono acqua, l'acqua della piscina non viene filtrata, la padrona ha atteggiamenti molesti nei confronti degli ospiti, le coperte sono ricoperte da sostanze organiche provenienti dalle parti intime maschili e femminili, lo staff è scorbutico nei confronti degli ospiti, tuttavia vi è un componente dello staff il quale adempie in maniera adeguata tutti i compiti a lui assegnati (cuoco, idraulico, uomo delle pulizie, elettricista, serramentista, capo cantiere, giardiniere, disinfestatore, bagnino e qul si voglia altra mansione... Un uomo completo)

Ich hatte die Dame angeschrieben, sie klang sehr freundlich, ich hatte ihr gesagt wir sind 3 Personen und 4 kleine bis mittelgroße Hunde. Sie hat mir zugesagt, das Studio beschrieben in dem wir untergebracht werden sollten und alles klang gut. Als wir ankamen dann der Schock, ein kleiner feuchter Raum, etwa 8 qm mit einem Doppel- und einem Stockbett, das Bad ohne Fenster, das kleine Fenster im Durchfahrtstraße vergittert. Die Matratzen dreckig, im Doppelbett waren ganze 8 Latten unten drin, überall sank man ein. Meine Tochter hatte nach nur 24h schon einen Ausschlag. Das Klo ohne Klobürste und total dreckig, der Herd funktionierte nicht, Küchenutensilien nicht da, egal wo man schlief, wir wurden von der Klima angepustet. Auf Nachfrage von mir nach einem anderen Studio kam die Antwort, dass man aus Rücksicht auf die anderen italienischen Gäste keines habe, denn die Hunde könnten ja bellen und man habe Angst sie reisen ab. ?? Ich hatte aber genau mit diesen Hunden zuvor angefragt!!! Das Personal sehr unfreundlich und eher keine Hundefreunde. Warum sagt man dann überhaupt zu? Wir sind mit unseren Hunden schon viel in Griechenland und Italien gereist, aber so ein „Loch“ hatten wir noch nirgends. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen - diese gesamte Anlage ist heruntergekommen und hat bessere Tage gesehen. Im Pool sind jede Menge Fliesen locker, so dass sich die Kinder an den Füßen verletzen können. Die Sauberkeit läßt allgemein zu wünschen übrig. This was the ugliest and worst studio we ever had during our traveling in Italy and Greece. Unfriendly people - never ever I would recommend this place for somebody elese. The fotos on the webside are not the reality.

Awesome place with great staff. Very nice swinming pool, they allow to swim till late. Located in middle of Corfu. Great to make trips in any direction.

Lovely hostel/guesthouse run by Magdalena who is a wealth of knowledge on the local area and can organise taxis to various places. Bicycles for hire on site and scooters also available nearby. Diving available at a village 20mins from here. Dinner was delicious each evening and very reasonably priced. If you want to spend the day at the premises there's a pool, bar, books, games and even a family of kittens to amuse you. A fantastic place to relax and unwind as well as to use as a base for exploring the island of Corfu. Highly recommend and hope to be back :)

We booked the place through Hostelworld because of their glowing reviews (too good to be true?), but right after the cancellation period ran out we got a mail that the town's water system will undergo repairs, and we therefor are moved to another place (badly reviewed party hostel). We say no thanks and require a cancellation. Now the water system suddenly works again, and the pool is even filled with water! After several attempts to cancel, they keep saying they cannot and that we should come. We have now contacted Hostelworld, who will resolve this issue. Unfortunately we cannot give them a bad review there, because the stay has been cancelled. They have figured this out for sure! It all seemed so calculated. Luckily we found another place despite the high season, but many will be taken hostage in a situation like this. This is NOT ok!
