WONDERFUL !!!..... Villa Margarita is absolutely beautiful. Every aspect of the house and garden is top quality and beautifully maintained. We spent a wonderful 10 days there in June 2017 and loved every minute. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool & garden are also fabulous and the tree covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, pizza oven, gas hob and sink is just fantastic and we ate every meal out there. The owners, who live about 10 minutes away from the villa, are honestly the kindest, loveliest and most generous people you could ever wish to meet. The location is great, the peaceful panoramic countryside views are incredible and yet you can still get to the coast for a seafront taverna in 10 - 15 minutes. The roads in the area are very good and if you want to venture further afield (although it is extremely hard to leave the beautiful villa and poolside!) it is only a very easy 1 hour drive to Agios Nikolaos to explore the Elounda / Plaka / Spinalonga region. I would recommend this villa to anyone and we are very much looking forward to returning in the future.

Villa Margarita was the perfect place for our family holiday. The kitchen was beautiful and fully-equipped with everything we needed plus many extras (the wine cooler was a favorite of course!) it made cooking a dream! We often chose to stay in, rather than eat out. The teens loved the cinema/games room and indoor gym. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens high quality. Bathrooms felt luxurious and were found on every floor, including the outdoor area. The jacuzzi tub on the ground floor was fab! Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back.

We had a week in Villa Margharita at the beginning of August 2020. We were a party of 8 ranging in age from 16 to 62. The villa is absolutely stunning and perfect for a big group. It has been beautifully designed and there is lots of outside space with separate areas including a beautiful shaded dining area with an outside kitchen. The open plan kitchen area is cool and opens on to a sitting area with views of the garden and pool and distant mountains. All the fixtures and fittings are top quality and furniture inside and out was very comfortable. The owners really have thought of everything and we couldn't fault it. The views are beautiful and as the villa is at an elevated position there was a lovely breeze at all times of day. The area is not touristy but we enjoyed a couple of good well priced meals at the local tavernas in Stamnoi. We arrived very late but the owners were charming and had left us a lovely welcome pack which meant that we didn't need to go straight to the supermarket.

Perfect accommodation and outside space. Luxurious, spacious, well designed and spotless. Delightful owners who were friendly and had thought of everything to make our stay easy. They went out of their way to ensure we all had a good time. The photos are lovely but the place is even more beautiful in reality. Cannot recommend highly enough.
