★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent choice..i book it sending Maria a mail and book for a day.i was also next year and i was so much satisfied by the peaceful area and safe as well.rooms are great ,the building is fine ,all organized and close to the beach.it has a nice view to the sea and to shore.definetely i will go again.Maria the owner is so friendly and helpful and the villa maria is close to paralia dionysiou and near to nea moudania by feet or by car.a great accomodation for all seasons .but especcially from spring to autumn.so someone can enjoy the sea and the beach .summer is a top selection the high season and sand sea sun swim is the best you can do and enjoy .the house appartment is fantastic and i will go again there.i absolutely advice everyone to rent it and for family or friends.or for a couple is a fantastic place.this time i was for a single night and the price was reasonable.for the quality an dcomfort i got.really an excellent choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Maria near Moudania is a such a BEAUTIFUL Brand new house by the sea where we had our best holidays, ever! New,comfortable,beautiful decoration with amazing view from the balconies and the yard,quiet,so clean,everything is new inside and the oweners are so polite and nice people! The village is 1 minute with car near and 8 minute by foot by the beach.The place around is so beautiful,a real life by the sea!
