Im allem sehr gelungen... Gerne und sofort wieder...!!!

Ein traum

Ein wunderbares Feriendomizil, mit wunderbaren, herzlichen Gastgebern (Nikos und Max), die einem das Gefühl vermitteln, zur Familie zu gehören und zwar von Anfang an! Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig eingerichtet; alles sauber und hygienisch! Sie hat einen unglaublichen Außenbereich (auch sehr groß und sehr gepflegt), mit allem, was man sich wünscht, inklusive frischen Zitronen!!!! Der Tennisplatz ist nicht nur Augenwischerei, sondern ebenfalls gepflegt und tatsächlich bespielbar! Auch Tennisschläger und Bälle sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden! Der Pool ist der Hammer! Absolut für Kinder und Kleinkinder unter Aufsicht geeignet...sehr sauber und auch die Reinigung des Pools wurde regelmäßig durchgeführt (Max)! Nikos ist rund um die Uhr per Anruf oder WhatsApp erreichbar, falls mal etwas sein sollte, dafür sorgt ein Handy, welches er in der Villa für die Gäste bereithält...man muss also noch nicht mal sein eigenes Handy benutzen! Drum herum ist halt nicht soooo viel, aber der Santa Barbara Strand ist mit dem Auto nicht weit und sehr schön! Ein Ausflug nach Korfu-Stadt lohnt sich immer und es gibt einige kleine, aber feine Tavernen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Villa, in denen man super schnabulieren kann!!! Mal von allem abgesehen, lädt natürlich die Villa selbst dazu ein, die Abende hier zu verbringen, weil der Außenbereich der Hammer ist...mit Poolbar, Discokugel etc., aber auch für ruhigere Spieleabende oder Nachtbaden einfach top! Alles in allem hatten wir (3 Generationen-Familie - Großeltern, Eltern, Kinder -1, 5 und 10 Jahre-) den schönsten Urlaub bis dahin tatsächlich hier in Korfu verbracht - weil eben alles stimmte!!! Vielen Dank Nikos und Max für diese wunderbaren Wochen, für euch und eure Familien wünschen wir nur das Beste, Glück und Gesundheit...und sorry, dass ich diese Rezension erst jetzt schreibe...das hätte ich schon viel früher tun sollen!!!

Just returned from a week at Nikos & Maxims villa, We were a family of 8, 4 adults and 3 children. This is a truly amazing place, photos do not do it justice to how great it is, some are old photos before it has been updated. It is truly home from home with everything you could wish for including full size tennis court, 2 amazing pools, Play area for young kids, swings , bikes Table tennis, basketball etc. Nikos and his father treated us like family from meeting us at the airport Max bringing us fresh vegetables and eggs nothing was too much they are such wonderful hosts. We were sad to leave but hope to return again next year with other members of our family and will be recommending to all friends. Thank you Both for our amazing holiday.

Booked to attend Villa Maxim a while back. I paid the initial deposit as requested, and we were excited for our holiday to Corfu. Due to on-going events (Covid), our holiday got cancelled. Therefore we got in touch with Nikos (the home owner) and he advised us that there was no need to go to our bank and apply for a refund, as he will refund us himself, he just asked for a bit of time. After some back and fourth and being asked to wait, we still haven't received anything after nearly 18 months. Now we are being ignored. It's a shame that after we have waited very patiently, Nikos didn't deliver on his word. I guess not all people are trustworthy.

Probably the best villa we have ever stayed in. The grounds are amazing with everything you can think of - pools, sound system, tennis courts, table tennis, kids toys, high quality garden furniture. This is perfect for family holidays and in a beautiful area. There are some fantastic tavernas nearby, beautiful beaches and lots to do for families such as horse riding, water sports etc. Nikos and his father were perfect hosts and ensured we were well looked after during our stay. Inside the villa is perfect too - 4 spacious bedrooms, a lovely airy living room and kitchen and numerous balconies to sit on and take in the view. We are desperate to return!
