Great accommodation with super nice views. We also appreciated the hospitality of the owner who helped us with many things like organizing our trip and local tips

Akis is amazing, the villa is so chilled an quiet. Mumma is an amazing chef and Melia also always makes time to speak to the kids. We have been coming here for years, and will continue to - in the words of a famous Ashdown "You cant beat the view at Villa Melia".

Best accomodation in Skiathos, we were very happy that we chose Villa Melia. I recommend the ground floor rooms, with patio and sea view. The hosts are very nice and willing. They serve a rich breakfast, but you can also cook. The rooms are cleaned up every day, and every 2-3 days the lengeries are changed. We also loved the pool and the rich garden. The nearest market is about 600m away, anyway I recommend you to shop at a bigger supermarket from the town (like Sklavenitis).

Having tried three different rooms, I can say that the quality varies quite a bit from one to the other; try to get a room on one of the higher floors if possible, the view is worth it and they tend have newer decor and utilities. If you rent a car, the location is near perfect, close to town but with easier access to the beaches. If you're depending on public transportation, a bus stop is very close to the hotel, but be prepared for quite the steep hill to and from the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and put in extra effort to assist you. If you go, say hi to the staff dog Daisy from me ;)

A very nice pension for relaxing holiday in a family atmosphere. The lady of the house spoils the guest with freshly prepared omelette, bacon, homemade jams, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc. for breakfast and the owner has a lot of information and tips for the guest. We enjoyed the time in Villa Melia and can only recommend the house !

We have been here two times for summer vacation (7 days in 2018 and 9 days in 2019). It was our best experience on greek islands so far. The studioroom has a fantastic sea view, a big comfortable double bed (200x200), a small kitchen and a bathroom with a window. The rooms are cleaned every day, with no reason to complain. You can book breakfast for the next morning every day. It includes fresh fruits, selfmade marmelade, bread, greek yoghurt and if you like you will get a fresh made omelette with bacon from the house keepers mother. The owner is very very friendly, helpfull and kind. He fulfills every wish you have and we got the feeling that he was serving his guests with all his heart. The house is up a small hill near vassilias beach. It has a great view over the sea and the townside. It also has a poolarea with sunbeds. If you like animals you will love this place as there are a few cats and a dog called daisy that greets you every time you come back from your tours. The area around the house is well planted with a lot of flowers. The special thing that made us come back is the perfectly chilled an relaxed atmosphere around this place. We absolutely loved staying here and are looking forward to come back sometime.

I was the last customer of the season, booked the top floor studio with sea views & balcony. The resident dog was so friendly and didn’t mind posing for photos. Owner drove me back to the airport on the last day. Room had everything I needed including kitchen but no basics like salt/pepper or oil so I got creative with boiling egg rather than frying it. I liked the location due to the sea view and walking distance to Skiathos Town by the Port. Very easy to just call a local taxi company to take you where you need though (main taxi stand is at the Port).

We stayed here in late August and early September. Low season this year and the villa was especially quiet and deserted. The owners are friendly, you hardly see them. Daily cleaning, bed and towel change every few days. Bath accessories: shampoo, shower gel and soap. We had a wonderful view from the balcony. Swimming pool, umbrellas, sun loungers. Friendly dog ? and cats ???. Of the minuses, they smoke here. Therefore, you should be prepared that your neighbors on the balcony can replace the smell of pines for you with the smell of cigarettes. A very steep ascent and descent leads to the villa, respectively. The villa has ample parking spaces. There is a bar here, which was closed this year. There is a nice beach nearby. We spent wonderful days here. Thank you?
