★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περιοχή Ντεπώ. Ωραία βίλα, αλλά ΚΛΕΙΣΤΉ, και φαίνεται πλέον εγκαταλελειμμένη. Ο Δήμος ή όποιος είναι υπεύθυνος στην εκεί περιοχή ( υπόψιν ότι βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στην ΝΟΜΑΡΧΊΑ). Ας σοβαρευτούμε λίγο ... Στην μικρή είσοδο, βλέπε φωτο, υπάρχει το όνομα ΖΑΡΝΤΙΝΊΔΗΣ Β.ΝΙΚΌΛΑΟΣ, μήπως εννοεί τον πρώην Υπουργό Μακεδονίας _Θράκης, της Ν.Δ.?
Depo area. Nice villa, but CLOSED, and now looks abandoned. The Municipality or whoever is responsible in the area (keep in mind that it is located right next to the PREFECTURE). Let's get a little serious ... At the small entrance, see photo, there is the name ZARDINIDIS V. NIKOLAOS, does he mean the former Minister of Macedonia _Thrace, of the N.D.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up in this house in the 80’s. Old lady Zardinidis used to watch my brother and I play kick ball against the front stairs. Creeped us out. There were 2 mastiff watch dogs, Al and Dante that had a pen on the left side of the house. There was a huge car hauler parked in the back, since Zardinidis owned Fiat dealers. There was also a chicken coup out back and the basement was haunted and kept locked at all times. I saw a pool table slide across the floor. Never went down there again.
