The villa is not in use since at least two years ago. The owner asked me for an advance payment in april and in August 3 days prior to my vacation he announced me that the villa's kitchen exploded. He sent me back the advance payment. Happily my greek tourist agent was able to find another villa for me and my group. Watch out for this villa as the owner is a no good liar, low character and the bad things about him can continue for long.
