★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures on the website are misleading. We thought we had booked an ocean view villa, we ended up in a basement next to the garage with windows overlooking the garage way. As we didn't want to spend the last 3 days of our holidays in a cave, I immediately contacted booking.com to ask to be refunded. The owner refused. The next morning, I informed him that we would leave after only one night (I had booked 3), he came banging at our door, ordering us to sign up a contract on which I had to put my credit card number. As I refused, he gave me 20' to leave. At that point, he was screaming so much that I thought he was going to hit me. Apart from the feeling of getting cheated, staying at the Villa Ocean was a frightening experience.

The villa is clean, spacious and fully equipped and the view is stunning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penny and Kostas are perfect hosts. They took care of all our wishes. The property is amazing. Extremely beautiful view, overlooking whole Heraklion. The area has all the infrastructure needed. Good gastronomy and surely a good point to go for daily excursions to the west, south and east!

If you are looking for a beautiful accommodation with an amazing view and the nicest host - Ocean Villas Complex is the perfect choice.
We enjoyed every minute at this unique place. The spacious villa with fantastic pool and nice garden leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Everything was super clean and at the arrival we were welcomed with fresh fruits and drinks.
Every morning we enjoyed the wonderful sunrise and started the day with an uplifting yoga session and a nice outdoor breakfast above the bay of Heraklion. At night the view from the terrace was even better. At nighttime Heraklion transforms into a sea of light and we were sitting in the from row.
Penny and Kostas are the best hosts we could wish for. Unobtrusively with a very warm manner. They shared with us many insider tips and the made our Crete experience unforgettable.
We will definitely come back soon.
