Peace, beauty of the place, nature around the house that you can only leave with sadness at the end of the holidays ... but with the sole objective of wanting to come back!

Somit haben wir von Anfang an die Entstehung der Villa Ocean View mitverfolgt. Natürlich war es dann auch ein Muss, einmal in dieser Villa zu wohnen. Auch in diesem Haus steckt viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Sowohl von der Terrasse aus, als auch von den Schlafzimmern hat man hat einen wunderbaren Fernblick über die malerische Gegend und die Bucht von Koroni. Der Pool ist grandios und man kann in absoluter Abgeschiedenheit die Ruhe genießen. Welches der beiden Häuser man auch wählt, gepaart mit der Gastfreundschaft von Marianne und Heinz wird der Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub. We have been guests of Marianne and Heinz in their house Messinia for several years now. So we have followed the creation of the Villa Ocean View from the beginning. Of course it was also a must to live in this villa. There is also a lot of attention to detail in this house, it is perfectly equipped, the furnishings are tasteful and invite you to relax. From the terrace as well as from the bedrooms you have a wonderful distant view over the picturesque area and the bay of Koroni. The pool is terrific and you can enjoy the peace and quiet in absolute seclusion. Whichever of the two houses you choose, coupled with the hospitality of Marianne and Heinz, your stay will definitely be an unforgettable holiday.

The view is amazing, the house is nicely furnished and very complete and the swimming pool is wonderful. A lot of attention has been given to the details, in and around the house. It is situated on top of a hill which gives you the great view on the villages below and the ocean. The owners of the villa are very sympathetic and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. We have realy enjoyed the holidays in this relaxing and beautiful villa.

Marianne and Heinz, the charming and warm hearted owners have a great sense for lovely details and they are real locals. We will be back for sure, one or the other way it won’t take long!
