★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant villa with everything you need for a excellent family holiday wether it 2 or 12 people. But the Aircon is insufficient for such a big villa and the beds are soooooo very very hard and uncomfortable which is the only things that let it down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant and memorable stay with good friends here for two weeks. Many happy memories, great swimming pool and quiet location. The only issue that we had was that the floors had a lot of condensation due to the cooling system. Happy to come back anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three floors great villa. Great for groups. I had 11 friends and you never feel over crowded. The villa has many dinning areas. Great facilities. Air condition is mainly in the common areas and not in the rooms but we had some fans provided. Great location to base your self off busy Rethymno old town area. Car is a must else many taxi companies around that you can book by calling. Also middle of the island so equal distances to HER or CHQ or the south beaches.
