Superb location, right on the beach, close both to Alykes and Alykanas centers. Yannis, the owner was very helpful, the villa is ideal for families. The view from balcony is fantastic!

My stay were beyond my expectations! I stayed at the second floor and the view from the balcony was the first thing that caught my eyes. It was beyond everything I imagined, right on the private beach and you can fall asleep to the sound of waves....The bed is quite comfortable, and a basic kitchen and shower, which is all you need considering you are right on the beach! Yannis has been very helpful throughout my stay and you can get snacks from his convenient store. He also arranged taxi for me when I was leaving for the airport (28 euros; standard rate). Location was superb! Few minutes to Alykes across the bridge over the river and a minute to the beach. It's nice and quiet, close to many restaurants! I highly recommend El Greco if you're in Alkyes. I walked to Alykanas beach but Alkyes is much better, more scenic for sure! Also, one of the best part about my stay were meeting some of the friendliest and cutest kittens & cats around the neighourhood! There are goats, horses and many other animals around too, which is perfect for someone who likes animals! Thank you Yannis and his family, I wanted a peaceful and quiet getaway on the beach and I got everything I wished for and much more! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a authentic experience at a fantastic location!

We had a great time here, the apartment was beautiful, very clean and finished to a very high standard. There was a very big balcony with tables and chair so you can eat out side looks at a great view. WiFi reached all the way to the beach and the local bar so you can stay connected. The shop down stairs was so convent if you needed supply's. The apartment was close to everything only a very short walk in either direction. Lots of local good restaurants. The beach was clean and there were free sunbeds and umbrella 's for the guess use also a nice grass shady area if you get too hot. We were meet at the airport by the owner who took us to the apartment. I would recommend this place to everyone, and without a doubt if i go back to Greece i would stay here again. The apartment was close to everything only a very short walk in either direction. Lots of local good restaurants. (If you're a pet lover there 2 cats and a beautiful dog named cinnamon)
