★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hei this is really nice place. Quiet environment, clean and nicely furnished big studios. There is a big yard with barbecue zone. The host, Maria, is very welcome and lovely person who will make you fell at home. Our family will come back again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The property is an absolute gem if you are after calm, family vacation with the kids. On the plus side you have the large yard, barbecue area, where you can cook up something and enjoy being outside. One of the nicest beaches in the area is just down the street, with another one about 2 kilometers away. The rooms are well equipped and clean, and if you are missing something Maria will make sure to help you. The area is also extremely calm, there is nothing around, you can relax in total silence, and I find this very much enjoyable.. Negative: There is literally nothing I can mention in the negative side. Hence I'm a returning customer....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't write this but now I have to because of my impression of Vila Rania.
First of all rooms are 100% better then they are in pictures. Hygiene is on level of a 5 star hotel. Beds are great, sheets are magnificent (they change sheets every 2-3 days), pillows too. Daily cleaning of the apartment. Like I am at my home. Even toilet paper was great. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable for 4 of us.
Hospitality was at a high level.
I was expecting all of that before I came but this experience exceeded my expectations.
Maria keep up the great work. I give you 10 plus for every segment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience in Villa Rania was exclusive. The hosts (Maria & Rania) were very helpful, accommodating us in every query. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds so comfortable that you didn't want to leave them and go to the beach. A beautiful swimming pool with plenty of gardens makes it a unique experience. Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Maria (the owner) is super helpful, friendly and responsive at all times of the day. She is so nice, she brought us breakfast several times during our stay. The rooms are incredibly clean – Maria and her family vacuum every room every single day. The rooms are freshly furnished and very cozy. There is a wonderful barbecue area in the yard - with a sink, big fridge, big table to sit at (we were 9 people and we fit perfectly). I personally loved the stylish little touches in this area – colorful pillows, some vases, books and a hammock. This is one of the best accommodations we’ve been to in Greece.
The nearest beach is 500 m walking distance from Maria´s house. It´s a pebbly beach but it´s really beautiful and not crowded at all. There´s an amazing sandy beach at around 3 km away, where we also found free sunbeds and umbrellas every time we went there. The whole area around Karavostasi and Perdika is really calm and not overcrowded with tourists and cars (we loved that), unlike Parga, where you can barely walk past other people on the tiny streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent accommodation - wide and comfortable, as well as the whole area. There is ample parking space, a clean and well-maintained pool and perfect garden furniture. Karavostasi beach is very close, quite good, wide and clean.
In terms of accommodation, I am familiar with the newer building with double deluxe rooms: very modern furniture with quite expensive materials and designer interior. Cleanliness is at very high level, strong WiFi. The rooms have everything you will need. The hosts are very responsive and nice people. I give an excellent rating to this place; the price/quality ratio is perfect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect place to spend your holiday with your family. The hosts are extremely friendly. The accomodation is great. The place has a large coutyard where the children can play all day long. The seaside is 200-300 m away form the location. very close you can find a very nice taverna with good food.
