Quality is high. Garden area that encompasses the villa is huge and well maintained. Great bay views. Kitchen well equipped.

Rented the small villa for a week. The view is fantastic and the place is very private. The pool is a great addition and you can definitely relax while there. The place was clean and well looked after. The owner did everything to help us. Maybe some blinds in the bedroom windows would be nice to keep the morning sun away but otherwise a perfect place to stay on holidays. Highly recommended

I would describe this property as ticking all the boxes. My son and I saw this villa online and at first sight knew it was the one. We were looking for a property large enough to accommodate two families, that was child friendly and had sea view. We wanted to be in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket within metres walk and accessible to local transport if we desired. We wanted a good choice of restaurants and our list of needs was endless. We arrived in Corfu and was greeted by a driver which the host had arranged, we were four adults and three boys aged between 12-13. Xanthi, the host was waiting for us on our arrival, she showed us around the property which at every step we were more and more impressed. The lower ground floor of the villa is a self contained flat with direct access to the pool and the stairs leading up to the ground floor living space. The boys took ownership of that space which also has a pool table. Every evening I ensured the doors leading outside were locked to ensure their safety. We had cleaners everyday taking care of outside maintenance and indoor general cleaning which is not clearly stated online and was a huge plus. The grounds are stunning with plenty space for the kids to run around. The pool was of good size and sufficient space for all of us. We treated the villa like our home and felt safe and stayed in most nights enjoying cocktails at the veranda. The kitchen is well equipped all you need to make a quick snack for growing boys! The local supermarket was well stocked with everything you can imagine and the owner was happy to deliver our shopping. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. The only thing I would say is the villa is surrounded by greenery and nature which means ants are present, I recommend never to leave food or crumbs exposed on the tables and counter tops. Villa Ren is a beautiful property and we are delighted we stayed there. We stayed middle two weeks in August.
