You will have a fridge, ac unit, balcony ( with a bed on it ), television, FREE internet, pool, gazebo, barebeque, parking space, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, home grown fruits, wine ( present from the owner ) ....

Everything is sparkling clean, the rooms, the garden, the pool!
Breakfast is fabulous, we added a few pounds.
Very near to the center of Stavros, 5 minute walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Good location, nice pool. Our room on the ground floor was cool enough that the AC was not always needed despite the heat outside (but it worked well when needed). Mr Litsakis and the crew were nice and went out of their way to accommodate our wishes before we even thought of them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Lovely apartment with great outdoor space, good quality shower and mattresses, and lots of little touches. Breakfast is varied and extremely generous. Host always keen to help. Loved the day bed with mosquito net on the balcony - daughter slept outside. Great setting with pool, garden and bbq areas. Quiet but so close to restaurants, beach and busy front. Easy parking on road right outside.. Negative: Struggling to think of anything! Maybe some of the poolside furniture needs a bit of maintenance, but not a problem..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great, done with style and convenience. Very nice and relaxing garden with swimming pool, very comfortable rooms. It's clean and disinfection measures are take. The host is also very nice. It's very close to the center and the beach, yet it's very quiet.
