K	Keti Georgieva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A magic place - the stunning view alone can entertain you for hours. The house is well designed with attention to detail. Unlike what you can usually rent in Greece, it is modern, stylishly furnished yet cosy and comfortable. You can enjoy the great sea view from the master bathroom and the swimming pool features a jacuzzi. The hosts - Evgenis and Alexandra- were extraordinarily warm and hospitable, their recommendations for restaurants, beaches and places to visit saved us a lot of research and gave us the confidence that we are offered the best. Thank you, Evgenis and Alexandra! Hopefully we’ll see each other again soon.

Clean rooms, breathtaking views, amazing hosts ever and great location is exactly what we needed for an unforgivable vacation. Located 200 m away from the beach, this villa was the perfect place for our group offering exactly what we wanted. Initially we thought that this villa was not real but in fact in real-life, the villa looks even better than the photos. We have already booked our next stay (for 2021) at this location since we had our best time there and we are counting the days till we will be back at Evian villa in Palio.

The 4 stars are due to the studio next to the pool where I stayed as I was the unlucky member of the group. I don't recommend it. The air conditioning system is not reliable, it did not work on one night. The room with the sea view had a constant 27 C temperature even with the AC on. Also, we had problems with the hot water in the evenings.

Location is great (with a car, you're few single minutes away from the interesting places), very clean, well equiped and as a bonus, you get an amazing host that will tip you with the best food, beaches and sightseeing places. I think it is because this word defines best the whole experience of spending the vacation at villa Evian. The villa is luxurious and it is very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect and relaxing holiday. The design of the house is not a typical Greek style. It has a modern and smart architecture. Looking from the window of the master beedroom the breathtaking view gives you the feeling of being somewhere in Malibu. And if this could get any better, the hosts, Evgenis and Alexandra, are very kind and helpful. They even brought me a cake and a bottle of wine for my birthday. All in all, I highly recommend Villa Evian as I can honestly say it was the best vacation (and birthday party) I have ever had until now.

We stayed 7 days at Villa Evian and at Studio Evian and we had the most amazing time of our lives . Breathtaking views of the Aegean sea from the bedrooms and from the villa balcony. The infinity pool is amazing with great sea views. The crystal clear water sandy beach is 2 minutes walk from the villa and there are several restaurant walking distance from the villa. Super clean 5 spacious bedrooms with 3 big bathrooms. Thank you so much Evgenis and Giannis for recommending us the top restaurants and top places to visit. We will definitely see you next summer
