It's not worth it, save yourself the frustration. EDIT: Villa Terra Creta, I was indeed a guest in September 2021. You will find the registration is under my legal first and last name - Elisabeth Andolfatto. Maegen is my middle name. Review updated with a photo from my stay.
K	Katherine Howell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame because the location and views from the property are absolutely gorgeous -- it's clear that the property owners have fallen into hard times since they built the villa (which they must have spent quite a lot to design and build), from the state of the property with regard to repairs, the abundance of flimsy and dated IKEA furniture/ lighting fixtures, and the rental point of contact's blatant money grubbing and usurious charges. given the hefty price tag to stay, would definitely say your money would be better spent elsewhere -- both from a comfort/luxury perspective but also to avoid having to deal with the woman who rents it (otherwise you'll have to pay for another vacation just to relax after) --------------------------- ADDITION AFTER MANAGER'S RESPONSE lol read that response...i think that says it all; do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle ?

A	Alison Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is in a beautiful location, but management is poor and some of the furniture is shoddy quality (IKEA from 2014 at the latest). The bed broke when I sat on it, the management company’s solution was to superglue it and the owner charged an additional 419 euro to “replace” it.
J	Joe Landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately there were just too many negatives that left us feeling incredibly disappointed with our experience here. From the extremely poor and consistently rude customer service, to the shoddy quality of furniture and many of the finishes, to mold and even large insects being found in various places, the experience of renting what is supposed to be a luxury property--with the price tag to match--simply cannot have been more of a let down. Hopefully the owners and rental company will be able to improve all of these aspects to better meet the needs of future guests, as Chania itself is gorgeous and there is certainly potential in this property that could be achieved with improved maintenance, better overall management and, at the very least, reasonable customer service. Edit: Also sad to see that instead of fixing their mistakes and improving their service they are resorting to writing odd, nonsensical rebuttals to honest reviews.
