Το πρόβλημα είναι ανάμεσα σε αυτό που περιμένεις και τις προσδοκίες που σου δημιουργεί και σε αυτό που τελικά βρίσκεις. Αν ψάχνεις απλά ένα μεγάλο και άνετο κατάλυμα είναι οκ. Αν ψάχνεις βίλα, πάνε αλλού. Στα θετικά του οι μεγάλοι χώροι 4 δωμάτια με το wc τους τεράστιο σαλόνι , κουζίνα κλπ. Στα μείον του η πάνω - πάνω καθαριότητα, τα μυρμήγκια σε ένα από τα δωμάτια και στην κουζίνα, η ανύπαρκτη παραχώρηση σε σαπουνακια κλπ προϊόντα, και η αίσθηση παρατημένου. Το σπίτι έχει τρομερές προοπτικές αλλά θέλει λίγο ασχολεία και μεράκι. Εύχομαι να το δει ο ιδιοκτήτης και στην επόμενη κριτική να αριστεύσει. Αν θα ξαναπήγαινα; Δεν ξέρω...... This is the first time I'm so worried about the score. The problem is between what you expect and the expectations it creates and what you eventually find. If you are just looking for a great and comfortable accommodation it is ok. If you are looking for a villa, go elsewhere. On the plus side are the large spaces 4 rooms with their wc huge living room, kitchen etc. On the minus the upper - upper cleanliness, the ants in one of the rooms and in the kitchen, the non-existent concession in soaps etc products, and the feeling of abandoned . The house has terrible prospects but it wants a little occupation and taste. I hope the owner sees it and excels in the next review. Would I go again? I do not know......
m	marianna alatza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιδανικό μέρος διακοπών για 2 οικογένειες με παιδιά. Θέα εκπληκτική, δωμάτια άνετα και μεγάλα με αυτόνομη δική του τουαλέτα. Κοντά στις παραλίες Καστρακι και ψιλή άμμο. Δικό του πάρκινγκ. Σούπερ επιλογή για παρεΐστικες διακοπές. Ideal holiday place for 2 families with children. Stunning views, comfortable and large rooms with its own private toilet. Near the beaches of Kastraki and fine sand. Own parking. Super choice for casual holidays.

Π	ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΑ ΓΑΙΤΑΝΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία θέα, μεγάλα δωμάτια αλλά ελλιπής η φιλοξενία του ιδιοκτήτη. Δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι στα μπάνια ούτε αντισηπτικό σε κανένα χώρο του σπιτιού. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική αλλά το σπίτι χρειάζεται συντήρηση. Είναι ωστόσο ιδανικό για τις διακοπές οικογενειών ή φίλων. Nice view, large rooms but lack of hospitality of the owner. There was no soap in the bathrooms or antiseptic in any part of the house. The location is great but the house needs maintenance. However, it is ideal for holidays of family or friends.
N	NICK VLASS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με δυνατότητες να φιλοξενήσει τουλάχιστον δέκα άτομα, αλλά μέχρι εκεί. Ο ιδιοκτήτης απίστευτα αφιλόξενος, παροχή καμία ούτε κάν αντισηπτικό που απ'το νόμο είναι υποχρεωμένος να παρέχει,ο περιβάλλων χώρος γεμάτος ξερά χόρτα ,τα μυρμήγκια και διάφορα άλλα ζωύφια έκαναν πάρτι μέσα και έξω από το σπίτι, ούτε άλλαξε σεντόνια ούτε χαρτί υγείας στα μπάνια ούτε κάν σαπούνι χεριών. Το ψυγείο δε δούλευε και οι όποιες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές από τη δεκαετία του 80 όπως καί τό ίδιο το σπίτι. Για όποιο πρόβλημα αναφέραμε προσπαθούσε να ρίξει την ευθύνη σε εμάς τους ενοικιαστές (μυρμήγκια... τρώτε ρε παιδιά γι'αυτό! δεν δουλεύει το ψυγείο...το αφήνετε ανοιχτό!). Ευχαριστούμε για τη " φιλοξενία". Amazing location with capacity to accommodate at least ten people, but so far. The owner is incredibly inhospitable, providing no antiseptic that the law is obliged to provide, the surrounding area full of dry grass, ants and various other bugs partying in and out of the house, neither changing sheets nor toilet paper in the bathrooms not even hand soap. The refrigerator did not work and any electrical appliances from the 80's as well as the house itself. For any problem we mentioned he tried to put the responsibility on us tenants (ants ... eat guys for that! The fridge does not work ... leave it open!). Thanks for the "hospitality".
