Fantastic house with even better views. Our group of 10 stayed here for a week and we enjoyed the pool, the almost private beach, the sea kayaks, morning yoga on the balcony, and bbq.

Trying it hard to find any downsides, any really struggling. 1. It is perfect location if you slightly fed up with crowds of people around - it feel safe and isolated even though drive to Porto Heli is just 5 minutes away. There is no surprise the high end celebrity hotspot Amanzoe hotel is nearby - the surroundings are ultimately calm and tranquil. You can actually walk (30-40 mins) to the beach where Amanzoe beach club is hosted, half of it is public. 2. The big one. The views. Imagine endless sea surrounded by the mountains on the background. If that is your kind of thing you wont be disappointed. 3. Christos as the host. An amazing gentleman. Responds within minutes and gets things sorted if needed. Had some minor issues due to massive hurricane (the fault was not within the house) and the electrician came over first thing in the morning. 4. You get pretty much your own beach (picture attached). I've checked with stopwatch - it is literally 3 minutes walk. Once in a blue moon you'd find someone there but rest of time you are on your own. Good for snorkel, kayaking, swimming. Water was still +25 at the end of October. 5. Not sure how to describe it but it feels like the bay has its own micro climate. During our 3 weeks stay the forecast was suggesting rain 60% of the time. And it did... once. Literally one day. So don't pay too much attention to the forecast if travelling out of season. 6. House itself - plenty of space, very comfortable and well taken care of. There is literally every single item we've even needed - from sandwich makers to BBQ. It never got too hot or cold inside - didn't even switch AC on which is available. 7. Few things to do around - islands of Spetses and Hydra have boats from Porto Cheli daily. Ermioni is lovely small town with boat/regatta feel. We loved Methana island - a bit of drive but both walks and small villages there are just picture perfect. Don't skip the sulfur streams. 8. Accommodation is baby friendly - Christos arranged baby sleep cot, high chair and few other accessories. 9. Don't be put away by the road from Athens - middle part of it has the views to die for. All in all, fantastic stay. Oh, and did I say I am already missing the views from the terrace. You wont be disappointed.
