★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So comfortable and what a great location. We loved Trivasalos and we felt centrally located to visiting all the other spots on the island. The hospitality was amazing too, after getting stuck on Milos for 2 extra days because of ferry cancellations they offered to let us stay at the same discounted rate. We would definitely stay here next time we come!

+ nice big studio, quiet location, friendly welcome
- AC wasn’t working and they didn’t do anything about it, they knew they couldnt fix it during our stay (waiting for a special part?) but we didn’t get a discount or a proper apology. Our baby was sweating all night and being woken up by a very loud ineffective fan. Floor and bathroom were dirty when we arrived, the studio was not serviced during our 3 night stay but there wasn’t a broom so that I can at least sweep the floor myself. We have a crawling baby so I had to clean the whole floor with a bathroom towel on my hands and knees. Many black hairs left in the bathroom, shower doesn’t drain properly, no toiletries left for us (only 2 conditioners). For 100 euros a night I think they need to offer more than just a big space. There are better value hotels on offer on the island.

The villa is spacious (could have accommodated 6 guests comfortably), airy, tastefully furnished, and extremely well-maintained. The location is perfect to explore the island, with several beaches and numerous great restaurants within a 10-minute drive. The edge-of-town location let us enjoy uninterrupted sunrise views from the terrace and starry skies at night.
The reservations team has been extremely responsive from my first inquiry until after my departure, ensuring a hassle-free stay. I just wish I could stay for longer!
