★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever had! This is an advice to the clients like me, be very careful that you wouldn't have the room that you have booked. This is my own experience: the madame owner doesn't admit any claim about the rooms, and if you insist she becomes agressive, violent and absolutly unpolite. I suffered in my own a physical and verbal agression, so police must come to the hotel to made a formal claim because of her behaviour. The top it was when she wanted to get out others clients already installed in theirs rooms to swap it with my room! What a kind of professional is that! Unbeliveable! Of course I refused it! Absolutely a nightmare! Do not book in Villa Voula please!

I wanted to rate this higher but we had issues with the air conditioning, the lack of reliable hot water and the beds were terrible - two single beds pushed together leaving a gap in the middle. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was nice and inviting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time in Santorini and I highly recommend this place. Owners are very nice and helpful, housekeeping is everyday. The room was enough for 3 people, very clean and quiet. In very high temperatures the swimming pool and air conditioning is a must so I'm glad we had it so we could cool down. The villa's location is perfect: the beach, stores, a bakery and restaurants are minutes away by foot, so we had everything we needed. Hopefully I'll comeback there!
