Απευθύνω και δημοσίως ένα 'εύγε' κι ένα 'ευχαριστώ' στους διαχειριστές αυτης της υπέροχης "Ιθάκης" του Καβάφη, γιατί έτσι νιώθουμε κάθε καλοκαίρι όταν επιστρέφουμε στην ξενοιασιά των kosmasproperties! Είθε ναχουν την εμπειρία αυτή κι άλλοι Θεσσαλονικείς. A unique experience in accommodation - and not only summer -, we live with our family of five. I also publicly address a 'goodbye' and a 'thank you' to the managers of this wonderful "Ithaca" by Cavafy, because this is how we feel every summer when we return to the carefreeness of kosmasproperties! May other Thessalonians have this experience as well.

Ευχαριστούμε τους οικοδεσπότες για την φιλοξενία και φεύγουμε με την επιθυμία να επιστρέψουμε προς το τέλος του καλοκαιριού για μια ακόμη φορά!!!

Wir (mein Mann und ich) fühlten uns von Anfang an "angekommen", wie ein zweites Zuhause. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer allein ist schon unbezahlbar. In unserem ersten Urlaub seit Beginn der Coronasituation sind wir erstmal vom Hotel auf ein Haus umgestiegen. Wir fühlten uns aber überall wohl. Nicht zuletzt auch durch die liebevolle und zuvorkommende Betreuung der Betreiberfamilie. Efkaristo Cosma und Maria für einen tollen, erholsamen und unkomplizierten Urlaub. We recommend. A wonderful location right on the beautiful beach of Haniotis. The villa is furnished with attention to detail. We (my husband and I) felt "arrived" right from the start, like a second home. The pool overlooking the sea alone is priceless. On our first vacation since the beginning of the corona situation, we switched from a hotel to a house. But we felt comfortable everywhere. Not least because of the loving and courteous care of the family that runs it. Efkaristo Cosma and Maria for a great, relaxing and uncomplicated holiday.

My family and I had a great time by the seaside villa and we were very satisfied with the high quality of the conveniences and the services provided. I would definitely go there again!
