We booked a non-refundable rate via Expedia, so I decided to reach out to the owner, Vaios, directly to explain our situation and see if he would be kind enough to refund us . Vaios responded very promptly and was extremely understanding of the situation. He provided us with a full refund and invited us to stay at Vilos Suites at a future date. Thank you Vaois for excellent communication and customer service!

It’s not oceanfront at all and the owner was only available on WhatsApp and was upset when we wouldn’t download it. Very unfortunate customer service experience but if you go in with minimal expectations, you will be completely fine. Bring your own beach towels and hit the local coffee shop down the street for breakfast!

Comfortable, simple and nice looking inside. Only 3mn walking of village centre with nice little front sea promenade, very good restaurants and all needed facilities (food, pharmacy and all tourism tour and rentals) We had a fair last minute price, still a bit high for a without service accommodation.
P	Peter Kellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing like advertised. I paid for a suite with sea view and the room I was shown was like a little prison cell with no windows or any view whatsoever. Couldn't get myself to stay there it would have made my stay miserable. If they don't refund this is bait and switch, which is illegal. The owner is a scammer and will steal your money. He will lie and say people didn't stay there and double book rooms. Avoid at all costs.
A	Aysha P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I made a last-minute booking for the garden view deluxe room at Vilos Suites after turning up and promptly leaving another Airbnb that was not as advertised. The room was exactly as pictured with modern decor and a really comfortable bed. The cleaning lady was lovely and the owner went out of his way to get me decaf coffee for the coffee machine when I asked. Communication through WhatsApp was really easy and efficient, and we were given loads of recommendations for places to eat on the island. The place is really conveniently located, 5 minutes from all the restaurants in Pollonia and the beach. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
