Αν κ με ενημέρωσαν πως δεν το ανεβάζουν στο σπίτι τελικά με εξυπηρέτησαν και μου το ανέβασαν. Άμεση ενημέρωση για την ημέρα κ την ώρα. Ευγένεια κ άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Professionals and willing to help you with any question you have. I bought an air conditioner which was not in their store and they finally brought it to me in 2 days. If they informed me that they do not take it home, they finally served me and took it to me. Immediate information for the day and time. Courtesy and impeccable service. I was completely satisfied.

Άψογοι οι τεχνικοί!!..Γενικά τόσο οι υπάλληλοι στην εταιρία όσο και αυτοί που ήρθαν στο σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικοί! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Άξιζαν την εμπιστοσύνη μας! Η διαβεβαίωση τους ήταν ότι η εγγύηση του προϊόντος ισχύει με την απόδειξη καθώς η εγκατάσταση έγινε από τους ίδιους. Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την εξυπηρέτηση ως τώρα. Αν προκύψει κάποιο πρόβλημα θα επανέλθουμε. Μέχρι τώρα έχουμε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις! N	Natalia Mataratze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα μια παραγγελια μεσω Skroutz και δηλωσα παραλαβη προιοντος απο το καταστημα καθως ειναι σχετικα κοντα στο σπιτι μου Μεσα σε ενα δυωρο μου ηρθε email να παω να παραλαβω.Στο καταστημα ηταν ολοι πολυ εξυπηρετικοι. I placed an order through Skroutz and stated that I received a product from the store as it is relatively close to my house. Within two hours I received an email to pick it up. Everyone in the store was very helpful.

Ημέρα Παρασκευή τηλεφώνησα και ρώτησα αν υπάρχουν στο κατάστημα Θεσσαλονίκης θερμοπομποί και πότε ακριβώς μπορούν να παραδοθούν. Με διαβεβαίωσαν απόλυτα ότι είναι διαθέσιμοι και ότι θα παραδοθούν τη Δευτέρα και ολοκλήρωσα την παραγγελία μου προπληρώνοντας με κάρτα. Τη Δευτέρα το μεσημέρι τηλεφώνησα καθώς δεν με ενημέρωσε κανείς και ο ίδιος «κύριος» που με διαβεβαίωσε την Παρασκευή ότι θα παραλάμβανα σίγουρα Δευτέρα, αφού διαμαρτυρήθηκε πώς «το’ χει η μοίρα του» να πετυχαίνω αυτόν στο τηλέφωνο, μου είπε ότι θα ειδοποιηθώ μέσω mail. Πέρασε η «εγγυημένη» μέρα παράδοσης, και την Τρίτη το απόγευμα έλαβα έναν πλαστό αριθμό αποστολής μεταφορικής ο οποίος δεν ενεργοποιήθηκε ποτέ και την Τετάρτη το απόγευμα έστειλα mail ρωτώντας πού είναι η παραγγελία μου που θα ερχόταν σίγουρα τη Δευτέρα και γιατί ο αρ. αποστολής είναι ανενεργός. Δεν πήρα καμία απάντηση. Την Πέμπτη λοιπόν τηλεφώνησα και πάλι, αφού κανείς δεν με ενημέρωνε, για να μάθω ότι το πακέτο στάλθηκε κατά λάθος σε μία λάθος πόλη γιατί κόλλησε κατά λάθος πάνω του το voucher από ένα άλλο πακέτο και ότι θα μου αποστελλόταν «άμεσα». Μέχρι την Παρασκευή το μεσημέρι καμία ενημέρωση και αφού ξανατηλεφώνησα εγώ μου είπαν τελικά πως το πακέτο δεν είναι καν στη Θεσσαλονίκη! Τελικά παρέλαβα την επόμενη Δευτέρα το απόγευμα, έντεκα (11) ολόκληρες μέρες από την ημερομηνία παραγγελίας… Όποτε ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον «κύριο» που μου εγγυήθηκε σίγουρη παράδοση σε τρεις ημέρες, όλως τυχαίως φυσικά δεν ήταν διαθέσιμος και κυρίως κανένα από τα άτομα με τα οποία συνομίλησα δεν καταδέχτηκε να μου πει μία συγγνώμη ή ότι λυπάται έστω για την εξαπάτηση και την ταλαιπωρία στην οποία με υπέβαλλαν. Οι τηλεφωνικές επικοινωνίες χαρακτηρίζονταν από χαλαρότητα, παρά την απαράδεκτη καθυστέρηση, και χάχανα τα οποία ευτυχώς κόπηκαν αφού ανέφερα πώς οι θερμοπομποί προορίζονται για ηλικιωμένους που τους είχαν απόλυτη ανάγκη την ημέρα που μου εγγυήθηκαν ότι θα παραδοθούν. Αυτή ήταν η απολύτως χειρότερη εμπειρία «εξυπηρέτησης» που έζησα ποτέ, με ψέματα, αδιαφορία, επιθετικότητα, απαράδεκτη καθυστέρηση και φυσικά εξαπάτηση την οποία ο υπεύθυνος που την προκάλεσε απέφυγε και αποφεύγει ακόμα έστω να δικαιολογήσει. Avoid this store in any way! On Friday I called and asked if there are radiators in the Thessaloniki store and when exactly they can be delivered. They absolutely assured me that they are available and that they will be delivered on Monday and I completed my order by prepaying by card. On Monday at noon I called as no one informed me and the same "gentleman" who assured me on Friday that I would definitely receive on Monday, after protesting how "it's his destiny" to reach him on the phone, told me that I would be notified via mail. The "guaranteed" day of delivery has passed, and on Tuesday afternoon I received a fake shipping number which was never activated and on Wednesday afternoon I sent an email asking where is my order that would definitely come on Monday and why no. is inactive. I did not get any answer. So on Thursday I called again, since no one informed me, to find out that the package was accidentally sent to the wrong city because the voucher from another package accidentally stuck on it and that it would be sent to me "immediately". Until Friday at noon no information and after I called again I was finally told that the package is not even in Thessaloniki! Finally I received the following Monday afternoon, eleven (11) full days from the date of order… Whenever I asked to speak to the "gentleman" who guaranteed me a safe delivery in three days, it was by chance of course he was not available and especially none of the people I spoke to agreed to apologize to me or that he was sorry even for the deception and the suffering to which I was subjected. The telephone communications were characterized by laxity, despite the unacceptable delay, and giggles which were happily cut after I mentioned how the radiators are intended for the elderly who were in dire need of them on the day they guaranteed me that they would be delivered. This was the absolutely worst "service" experience I ever had, with lies, indifference, aggression, unacceptable delay and of course deception which the person in charge avoided and still avoids even justifying.

Με το που παρήγγειλα το κλιματιστικό είχα άμεση απάντηση / ανταπόκριση στο e-mail μου. Στο κατάστημα επίσης η συμπεριφορά όλων ήταν άψογη. Το κατάστημα περιποιημένο και καθαρό, οι μικροσυσκευες, αλλά και οι μεγαλύτερες λευκές συσκευές τοποθετημένες με τέτοιον τρόπο, ώστε να μην ξεφεύγει κάτι από το μάτι. Το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι ένα μεγάλο μπραβο. Σίγουρα στην επόμενη αγορά θα σας ξαναπροτιμησω. The store will be among your favorite contacts.
