I	Irene K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι είναι γιατί δεν τηρήθηκαν τα μέτρα ασφαλείας κατά του κορωνοϊού, αλλά και η ακολουθία των ραντεβού. Πιό συγκεκριμένα, είχα σήμερα ραντεβού στις 17:30 για μαστογραφία κ υπέρηχο. Έφτασα 17:25 στη reception και με διαφορά δευτερολεπτων είχε μόλις φτάσει μια ακόμη κυρία. Συνειδητοποιώ ότι ζητάει να κάνει τις ίδιες εξετάσεις. Μου έκανε εντύπωση και τη ρώτησα τί ώρα της είχαν κλείσει ραντεβού, καθώς γνωρίζω ότι δεν μπορεί το κέντρο να εξυπηρετήσει ταυτόχρονα 2 όμοια ραντεβού. Μου απαντά 18:15. Παρολαυτα, ούτε η κυρία ρώτησε αν μπορεί να εξυπηρετηθεί εκτός σειράς, ούτε η receptionist της ζήτησε να περιμένει. Επειδή δεν ρωτήθηκα και δεν αντέδρασα, το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να περιμένω εγώ... Ο δε γιατρός-ακτινολόγος ή κάποια νοσοκόμα, δεν απολύμενε τον χώρο των υπερήχων μετά την έξοδο κάθε ασθενή, παρά μόνο άλλαζε το χαρτί μιας χρήσης, ως επίστρωση του εξεταστικού κρεβατιού. Για το χώρο της μαστογραφίας δεν ήταν εφικτό να παρατηρήσω αν πρόλαβε ο ακτινοδιαγνώστης να κάνει τις απαραίτητες κινήσεις. Στην περυσινή αντίστοιχη επίσκεψή μου, είχαν επιμείνει στους κανόνες προστασίας, είχαν ζητήσει να τηρήσω την ώρα του ραντεβού μου και είχαν δώσει μεγάλη σημασία στα πρωτόκολλα. Προφανώς, υπήρξε ολιγωρία φέτος, λόγω της οποίας δεν θα εμπιστευτώ ξανά αυτό το διαγνωστικό κέντρο. He answers me 18:15. However, neither the lady asked if she could be served out of order, nor did the receptionist ask her to wait. Because I was not asked and did not react, the result was that I waited ... The radiologist or a nurse did not disinfect the ultrasound area after each patient left, but only changed the disposable paper as a cover for the examination bed. In the field of mammography, it was not possible to observe whether the radiologist was able to make the necessary movements. During my corresponding visit last year, they had insisted on the rules of protection, they had asked me to keep my appointment time and they had given great importance to the protocols. Obviously, there was oligarchy this year, which is why I will not trust this diagnostic center again.
