Αποστολή ανταλλακτικού με courier, και οδηγίες για την επίλυση του προβλήματός μου. Χίλια μπράβο! Excellent, immediate service from the technical department of the company, in problem with kitchen faucet, although I had lost the receipt. Sending a spare part by courier, and instructions for solving my problem. Well done!
g	geo geor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μια μπαταρία της εν λόγω εταιρείας κ από την πρώτη μέρα που την τοποθέτησε ο υδραυλικός ειχε διαρροή από το ρουξουνι. Τελικά διαπιστώθηκε ότι το ένα από τα δύο λάστιχα ήταν κομμενο. Το επέστρεψα στο κατάστημα τους έδειξα το λάστιχο που ήταν κομμενο στο ρουξουνι κ μου το άλλαξαν άνευ κόστους. Ωστόσο όταν το ξανά τοποθέτησε ο υδραυλικός συνέχισε το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Ξαναπήγα στο κατάστημα ζητώντας να μου αντικαταστήσουν το ρουξουνι στα πλαίσια της εγγύησης κ λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το γεγονός ότι η διαρροή εμφανίστηκε από την πρώτη χρήση το οποίο δεν δέχτηκε με την αιτιολογία ότι η εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει το ρουξουνι κ ότι το λαστιχακι το έκοψε ο υδραυλικός κατά την τοποθέτηση κ αυτό που μου έδωσαν για αντικατάσταση δεν είναι ακριβώς το ίδιο κ ως εκ τούτου συνεχίζεται η διαρροή. Απέστειλα κ email στην εταιρεία με τα προαναφερόμενα χωρίς κάποια απάντηση. Δυστυχώς θα πρέπει να αγοράσω νέα μπαταρία άλλου κατασκευαστή. I bought a battery from this company and from the first day the plumber installed it, there was a leak from the pipe. Eventually it was found that one of the two tires was cut. I returned it to their store, showed the tire that was cut in the roxani and they changed it for me at no cost. However, when the plumber re-installed it, the same problem continued. I went back to the store asking them to replace my bellows under the warranty and taking into account the fact that the leak occurred from the first use which he did not accept on the grounds that the bail does not cover the bellows and that the rubber was cut by the plumber during installation and what they gave me for replacement is not exactly the same and therefore the leak continues. I also sent an email to the company with the above without any response. Unfortunately I have to buy a new battery from another manufacturer.
